Sorry for the rating guys but you couldn’t fix my problem. I needed the rubber gasket at the bottom of the door fixed or replaced. You said you couldn’t fix it nor replace it since you didn’t have a replacement that size.
Thank you for your review. We need feedback from our customers, good or bad, to improve our business. It will help us achieve our goal which is 100% Customer Satisfaction. When it comes to parts, we work with several of the largest and many smaller garage door distribution companies in the United States. We carry parts on our vehicles to repair 99% of the residential garage door issues we encounter. However some times we get calls on doors that may function and operate but are dated in age or the manufacture is no longer in business. When this happens we may not be able to satisfy certain parts. Replacement panels are no different, we can not match 2 different brand doors together by simply replacing 1 panel, it will not operate properly and could cause further damage. We appreciate your business and hope that you understand, not all garage doors are the same. Please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss this matter further.

Called 12/9/23 and scheduled repair of garage door Torsion spring. Work scheduled for 8 to 10 am 12/10/23. No written estimate was handed to me. The work was started and the springs, bearings and cables were removed. I was told the beargings and cables should be replaced. They were replaced. When the work was done, my wife was given the paper Estimate and a Bill. Total $820.38; Wife asked for discount. Cost of MATERIALS: Your Price Market Price Bearings - $179.97 - - - - - - - $ 10.00 Cables - $120.00 $ 10.00 Torsion Springs - $368.00 - - - - - - $ 110.00 Your Total: $667.97 - - - - - - - - $ 130.00 If I had bought the materials I would have saved $537.97. This tells me that you are deliberately taking advantage of me and many others. I called 833-497-3667 to complain and was told that the manager would call back several days ago, and never got a response.

We needed repairs on our garage door and were extremely pleased with Precision. The technician quoted the job and when we accepted set a date for the work. He was on time and did the work in a timely and efficient manner even as it grew when another problem was found. He explained everything he was doing and answered any and all questions. Ended up needing rollers, bracket, weather stripping, and a new motor.
