We chose Precision, because we received wonderful service from you two years ago. Today's experience was also perfect. You answered the phone promptly and in person. Trenton introduced himself before he arrived. He was courteous and thorough. Even though the fee was more than we expected - the charges were perfectly explained, and we actually ended up with a better deal than we deserved, and now we have a lifetime warranty. We would recommend Precision for anyone needing a Garage door, or needing service on one.

We backed out of our garage on Saturday and the door was not all the way up. Needless to say it was bent and would not go up or down. Precision Door sent out Anthony Birge and he stayed that evening until he got the door straightened enough that we were able to get it closed. He came back on Monday, worked taking the panel off, straightened it enough that he could get it working again. This technician is the greatest. Very professional, very meticulous and very friendly. We highly recommend Precision Door Services and ask for Anthony. Would give him 6 stars if we could. Thank you Precision and thank you Anthony.

We are new to the area and needed someone to "tune up" our garage door and replace a weathered bottom door seal. Jaden, our representative, was courteous, professional, timely, and polite. He was very knowledgeable, polite, explained what had caused the problem to begin with and offer a couple of solutions for me to select from for the repair. He was fast and did a great job. A very professional organization that goes above the normal level of service. They communicate extremely well and offer service times for working people. I appreciated the fact that a tech could come out same day and fix my broken springs, but when I called and said I’ve had someone look at it and I just need springs replaced I don’t want to be up-saled to buy a $1,000 door. The tech was insistent we needed a new door then said if we wouldn’t buy the new door we would need to sign off on some “liability” because apparently the door could “fall down” at any moment. Nothing makes me less trusting of a tech when I already know the issues and you try to tell me I need to buy something that isn’t needed. I felt like their price was rather high anyways but once the tech come out I just needed it done. I won’t be calling Precision Door Service again.

One recent Saturday morning we were going out for breakfast and the garage door would not open properly. This left us with no car and no way to go where we needed to. I googled Precision Garage Doors and they had a very high rating. A service man (Jaden Mayor) was sent to our house within two hours and he looked things over and gave us recommendations and quotes. I figured we'd be put on a list to do the job in one or two weeks. However, Jason had everything on his truck and the job was done in a little over an hour. Since then the garage door has been working just fine and we are very happy with Jason's and Precision's work. I would recommend this company.

I saw your AD on tv. Called this AM for repairman. Your great company sent a fantastic repairmen within an hr. I have never had a service man at my home that worked so hard to fix my garage door ever. So very nice and couldn’t ask for anything to go any better. While I would love to give more stars we were not impressed with the service we received! Justin was super nice and seemed knowledgeable but I felt that he was more interested in selling us new doors vs fixing our current one! We can now shut our door but he did not fix the door for us to use it with the opener and we were charged way more then what we thought it would be. We did ask when we called the service center about how much it would cost and they said around $100. We paid $250 +….We had no cables broken, it was off track and the door was torqued but nothing snapped to be replaced. He did replace one of the rollers (but the old one wasn’t broken either) so still confused why the fix of the door was so expensive and it’s not fixed! He really is a great salesman but with a 20 min (possibly less) fix, $250+ is a little crazy on cost of service! Justin was nice I don’t want that to go unnoticed but the cost of the service call was enough for us to think about looking elsewhere for future service and possible purchase of garage doors

I can honestly say that I was blown away with the customer service that we received. I got a phone call on Sunday after I posted this. They asked for a time to come up and take a look at the door. The director of operations and the lead tech came out to take a look at things. They also admitted to making a mistake and charging us for the wrong size door. When they came to our house this Wednesday they went over the problem and the fixes that were available. They arrived at 4:45 pm and did not leave until well after 7:30. They made sure the door was able to work but we knew due to the original damage we would have to spend some money fixing things. They also looked at our bigger door and showed us how horrible our builders contractor did on the install (a little over 2 years ago) and the same issues would need to be fixed. We didn’t want to purchase new garage doors and they didn’t suggest that. The came up with the best way to fix our current door. We will wait another week for the rest of the stuff ordered to come in but I can honestly say my husband and I were both happy with how they handled things the second time around and will be even more happy when we don’t have to worry about our doors anymore! I am so glad I was willing to give them a chance to make things right because they did just that! Thank you Lee bad Steve we appreciate you both!

Precision Door installed a new garage door for me last August. I was having trouble with the opener. Called for an appointment. Was relieved to have prompt, same day service. Jaden was terrific. He explained about the sensor that had been slightly moved. He helped set up the myQ ap that I was intimidated to do on my own. So relieved.
