Sam Manes was prompt and very professional. My opener was an easy fix but I had been considering a new garage door system as mine was over 25 years old. I had been checking out prices and Precision Door was in right in the ball park. They offered an 18 month financing with Synchrony with no interest if paid within the 18 month timeframe. I am very happy with their service.

Our remote was not working, even after we changed the battery. The technician came out and played with it and got it working. He then evaluated our Genie Garage Door opener and tightened one of the light bulbs. He offered to replace the unit, but we won't at this time

Had a long look at what took place with the repair of the shop door. The tech looked somewhat lost when he looked at my shop door. I hit the clock on my phone and took note of what happened. He spent at least half or more on the repair time on the phone talking to someone about what to do and how to make it work . Then another tech stopped by to give moral support and instructions . Both seemed to be customer friendly. Come to find out that they haven't been working on big shop doors so I am a guinea pig. And i paid for the learning experience .Door works . I am much smarter now.

A relative did not need your service but heard Precision was very good and they were the last tv commercial we watched. Our technician, Drew Bates met our expectations and went beyond. He called to see if ok to come earlier than scheduled time, was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Called to schedule someone to fix a 22 year garage door with an 8 year broken spring. Was told $99 to $299. Service guy shows up and says he will ONLY replace with 2 springs for $800 to $1100. I say no but then have to pay $50 for him to leave. Was never told about a service call fee.

The Service Fee as we spoke also includes a 27 point Safety Inspection, and any of our recommendations of repairs that may be needed to get you back to having a fully operating garage door that's safe for you and your family. We love using Precision! We our garage door broke, and they came out the next day to replace it. Just last week with all the snow the seal froze to the ground and they came out and fixed it two days after my call. It's important to note that I told them it wasn't urgent just when they had time to come by. I love how they always send a profile of who is coming to your house. It gives you a real peace of mind!
