I needed to provide some basic lubrication/maintenance as it had been some time. The door was a little loud. They came out same day, performed a routine annual maintenance, changed out some rollers, lubricated, etc. The tech showed me how I can lubricate at each spot at the right interval. The door is like new and I now know what I should be doing. Very satisfied!

Was way to expensive. I was told on the phone it wouldn't cost much more than 170. Plus a military discount. The lady had my email wrong and spelled my name incorrectly after repeating 5 times

The pushy tech and his multiple scare tactics about the state of my door was a bit much. He was informed multiple that all he needed to do was fix the door and no I was not replacing the whole system as even the 12 year old opener was to small. He quoted himself several times as the garage door man. His work is completely satisfactory but he 100% cost you a door and operator when I do replace it.

Trenton was very knowledgeable about my old Lift Master garage opener from 1998, which needed to be replaced He did a very good job of replacing it with a new more powerful one.
