I have paid less for a broken spring in the past but John recommended replacing both springs to help with the life of the springs. I was very pleased John was able to provide a discount also.

Had a great experience with precision door! The technician, John, arrived a couple of hours after placing the service call and was very helpful and courteous. Needed to replace a 22 year-old Liftmaster Pro garage door opener due to faulty sensors and circuit board. Googled for local service firms & found several. However, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service's website offered the most informative info & service options (w/videos); participation with the local BBB office, and discounts for Seniors; Teachers and Military members & others. The site also listed the personal bio's of the owner and technicians with their training & years of service backgrounds, and any criminal activities. I had not seen this type of information offering before for service firms. Jacob Austin - our technician - was very knowledgeable about their products, plus personable in explaining the options and costs.
