Great company and their tech Ethan knew exactly how to fix my garage door! He was quick and the problem was solved. We purchased our door from them a few years ago and it was the best purchase we have made. Highly recommend them.

Ethan was actually early and took the time to find the problem which was not obvious. He also did adjusting maintenance on rails and rollers to make sure everything was working properly. Great company to work with.

We were very pleased. We did not have an emergency type situation like some but needed maintenance. Ethen was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. He explained the new system and workings of it and ask if we had questions. Honestly I had no idea a garage door with its new controls could do so much but can see the safety of having it for sure. Could not have been a better experience.

The service performed on my garage door by Ethan was excellent. He did a thorough job of assessing the problem with the door and informing me of what he found, how he would fix it, and an estimated cost. I agreed to have him complete the work at the cost identified. He cleaned up the area when finished and explained how the door would work with the new parts. Ethan was patient and very professional in his interactions with me and my wife.
