Drew was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas and graduated from Bentonville High School. He has always enjoyed helping others when they needed “handy work” jobs taken care of. In Drews free time, he enjoys hiking, fishing and being outdoors. His passions include music, which he has been a part of his life since he was 16 as well as bringing a smile to people's faces. When we called, the office personal were courteous and helpful in scheduling a technician to come to repair our broken garage door. The two technicians that came were very respectful and knowledgeable about the job. In no time we had a rebuilt door including a new and very quiet door opener. A few days ago we noticed light coming into the garage when the door was closed. Again we called and received the same professional service. In a matter of a few hours a technician arrived and with a few adjustments had the door closing properly. Better yet we were not charged for the service. We support veteran owned businesses. This is a wonderful example of their service and we highly recommend them.

Well I chose them because overhead door only works til 3:30 or 4 and that doesn’t work for someone like me who works til 5 or 6 everyday!! I was helped on the phone by a very nice young man and then Drew came out and fixed my garage door!! Very professional on both ends!!!

The folks at Precision are always polite and courteous and response times are speedy. We called about issues with one garage door not closing properly and the other was not responding to pets crossing the sensor beam when closing.
