Travis is a positive person who will inevitably have a smile on his face when he walks in the room. Customers and Teammates alike, always enjoy his company. As a valuable asset to the team, Travis comes to us with over 3 years of garage door experience working for the “other guys”, before finally making his home here at Precision. When Travis is not working hard to help our customers, Travis enjoys playing with his “fat, adorable” cat named Loki, who will excitedly greet him when he comes home. According to Travis - He'll “meow” your ear off while you pet him. Travis also loves riding his motorcycle and is a proud owner of a 2016 Indian scout, that gets cherished and babied just like Loki. He enjoys going on rides throughout beautiful NWA any chance he gets, especially with his best friends and fellow motorcycle enthusiasts. Travis is a truly “Customer Focused” person, that loves to meet new people. He genuinely enjoys helping others and getting them back to the things that matter most.

On the phone, we were told there was a $49.95 fee for the technician to come to my house on a Sunday. Then she told me that worst case scenario the springs would be $158. We needed 1 spring. However, if we had replaced BOTH springs, that total would have been $158 +$158+$49.95. My math shows that as $365.95. The technician quoted us a minimum of $510. We still have a broken door and we are out $49.95 for nothing. I understand the weekend service call but I don’t quite understand the difference in price. He told us he could “patch” our garage until a new door came in but wouldn’t even do that when we declined to over pay for almost $1000 for a new door. Also, prior to the tech visit, we priced other places for a brand new garage door and received a quote of $1400 INSTALLED and his lowest price quoted to us was approx $2400. Thanks for the weekend service call but we will go another route.

I give Travis 5 stars, or higher if possible. He was very professional, courteous, thorough and friendly. The reason I gave 4 stars is the cost of your products and service. I called 2 other companies and got estimates before Travis came out. The price that you charge for your springs in more than double the competitors. That means that I paid $ 300 more on this repair than I anticipated after getting quotes. Other than that I believe that you run a first class organization, Travis is an asset to your company, and you train your employees well.

Amazing! He was super understanding with me when I was trying to decide what to do. He explained all my options-I asked for about 8 different options. He wasn’t pushy and was honest about what I needed to do vs what I could do. He explained everything so simply and made me feel sure that I will be getting the best and that it would be so much safer than I have now. I needed a quote on a door. The young man did a great job explaining your product. I went with a comparable door from another supplier based on price. When I told your sales associate that I had gone with another company, he said that he would be back to fix the door for broken parts. That was totally unnecessary. Your sales force needs to be coached on how to respond to rejection. Because of his remarks, I won't recommend Precision door.

Travis arrived promptly, was professional, and clearly & carefully explained the issues, options and cost to me.
