He has a background in chemical engineering and has worked in fields where attention to detail is crucial. He loves animals of all kinds and has never met a stranger. He grew up in Northwest Arkansas and is proud to call this area home . He likes to cheer on the Razorbacks and relax with family and friends when he is not at work. Whenever a project needs to be completed , Jacob is the first to come up with a solution, and makes certain to follow through until the customer is completely satisfied. His friendly demeanor and outgoing personality makes it easy to work with him. He is a great addition to our team and we know he is destined to accomplish great things.

I queried Google for "Garage Door Repair Companies" and checked the Better Business Bureau to determine that Precision Overhead Garage Door Service had an A+ Rating was the best company to call to fix our garage door problem in Springdale, AR. I called 479-282-3042 and requested to schedule service on our garage door which would not open. Precision scheduled a technician to come over the same day. Precision sent me a text within a couple of hours stating the name of the service technician, Jacob Baggett, and his short bio with the company. Jason called me and then arrived promptly thereafter to assess the problem of the garage door not opening properly. He identified that a loose wire was the problem and repaired it. He lubricated the garage doors, received his payment, and terminating the service call. Jason was personable, intelligent, and professional. Jason provided outstanding customer service to warrant five stars for customer service. I recommend Jason for a pay raise too. Thanks Jason and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

Jacob was very professional and did a great job repairing my overhead garage door and opener. It's so much quieter now and I feel much better knowing that I won't have to worry about it being a safety hazard since the home builder appeared to have cut some corners and used lower quality parts. Our door wouldn’t open last year & I didn’t know who to call, I just called Persission door & they came right out & we didn’t know that the spring had broken as well until the tech pointed it out! It cost a lot of money but it’s been well worth it as we were given a lifetime warranty! When it wouldn’t close last evening I called & the nice guy came this evening & had it fixed in just a minute!! & no charge??

Jacob was out technician who determined that our opener motor was burned out. We chose to purchase and have installed a new system. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He gave us a $25 discount for having been career teachers. The new system is amazing! Ours was ancient. He replaced unsafe wiring and a new opener box by our door. Precision Door Service lives up to their name “service”. My garage door spring broke on Sunday afternoon. I called their 24 hour phone number and was able to get an appointment for the next day. The technician, Jacob, emailed me his picture and bio in the morning. He then notified us when he was on his way. Jacob could not have been more friendly. He reviewed my door, told me what work needed to be done as well as some additional suggestions that would make my 21 year old door work better. Once approved Jacob went to work and quickly finished the job. I highly recommend Precision Door Service to everyone.

My garage door was intermittently malfunctioning and I could not pinpoint the problem. I learned that Precision Door Services had the hours of services that fit my work schedules. The service appointment was set with the very friendly office staff. The office staff sent my phone a photo of my service technician prior to my appointment. My service technician named Jacob called me prior to my appointment time advising me he was running several minutes early. Upon greeting Jacob I immediately noticed the clean and new looking professional service van. Jacob presented himself to be wearing a nice service uniform and well kept. Jacob was knowledgeable and communicated very well. He diagnosed my problems and provided the installation of the new drive motor system in a timely manner. I got exactly what I needed at a cost that was comfortable to me. From initial contact to service completion the team at Precision Door Services of Northwest Arkansas was outstanding.
