Lets just start by saying I've never delt with a more professional and "standing by there work" company. I had a spring snap on a sat. morning, my wife researched a few co. and she called Patrick at Precision. Super polite and informative on the phone she said and a tech would be by the house later that afternoon. Got text updates and tech profile pre-sent to my wifes cell. Wes showed up gave us a quote and replaced both springs and thought we were set. Not even an hour after he left the door acted up, the motor & capacitor over heated and went out on us. Now other companies would have said " well sorry sir its nothing we did, have a nice day" No, Not only did Wes call and say they were going to put a new motor in ( I thought a new motor for our existing opener) Nope, he came out on his day off.. Showed up and proceded to bring a brand new opener, belt drive track and all the accessories.. I was like " HUH" He said Patrick and precision stand behind all of our work.. If you ever need any scope of door work done do not hesitate to call these guys... I was amazed at what they did for us... Patrick thank you soooo much... Customer for life here...

John was out installer and he was great. New door is almost too quiet. I have to look to see in it is working. Can barely hear it going up while you are in the garage.

We had the tension springs replaced. Our tech, Wesley, did a great job! He was friendly, professional, and very thorough. After estimate and price was confirmed Wesley had the new springs installed and door working in less then an hour. I highly recommend Wesley for anyone needing repairs.
