Precision Door did a great job replacing my damaged garage door. All of their personnel (Steve, & Justin at initial service and Wes the installer) were very personable and courteous. I was very thankful that Precision Garage Door Service was able to get someone out here within a day (on a Saturday no less). Justin Peterson kept in touch to make sure I knew how quickly when he would get here. He was very professional and explained the issue I was having, provided options for repair and was clear about each line item on those estimates. Amazing! He was super understanding with me when I was trying to decide what to do. He explained all my options-I asked for about 8 different options. He wasn’t pushy and was honest about what I needed to do vs what I could do. I called and made the appointment for the next day despite us living in a remote area. I received a text with a picture and a short bio on the repair person I could expect at my door which I greatly appreciated! Steve came out on time. He was professional and polite even while delivering bad news that replacement was required. He had everything he needed on his truck and we had a new opener installed before he left.

Our garage door operators were fried when lightening struck our home. At 9:30pm a guy answered the phone, took our information, sent a text, email and a technician introduction w/photo. The technician was very professional and knows the product he is installing. He kept us informed of our options on new garage door operators along with the warranty before the work began. Kept us informed of the schedule and pointed our several features on our new door operators. The area was left clean and the technician made sure we had all our questions answered before he left. This group is customer focused and quality oriented. I would call them again, and would recommend there services for any of your garage door needs.

Our garage was off line and door and opener is pretty old. Call around 930am and they were able to get Tyler Rhine within an hour. Tyler was knowledgeable and friendly. I could tell he really loved and enjoyed his job. I would recommend Precision to anyone with garage issues.
