I have owned my home for a little over a year and my garage door opener stopped working last Saturday, 2/22/25. I didn't know who to contact regarding repair, so I just "Googled" to find a service. I am pleased with everything regarding Precision Door Service. I called your service late afternoon on a Saturday and was given a service appointment date for the following Monday. This was much more quickly than I had anticipated, which was good. The technician, Sam Manes could not have been more professional and personable. All was done well. I would recommend Precision Door Service of N.W. Arkansas.

Absolutely worthy of a 5-star rating which I seldom give. Sam was courteous and professional. The time was set between 8-12 and he arrived at 8 AM starting my day with a smile. He fixed the problem quickly and the cost was very reasonable - less than expected, thank goodness. He also provided some great advice for preventive maintenance. I recommend this company and will use them again if/when I have garage door problems. Thank you all for the prompt, professional service.

I am very confident that Sam's work was done correctly and quickly. He explained what needed to be done and explained why it needed to be done. He gave me total cost then explained each item. He made recommendations and was not demanding towards me. It was up to me as to how much or how little I wanted to do. I never felt pressured to comply with his recommendations and it was all my decision on what to do. I would highly recommend Percison if you need any workdone.

Great technician but poor company policy. Sam, the technician was excellent, he was helpful and communicated well. I do feel that the policy of requiring a $50 service charge before getting a quote is not a good business practice. If a customer wants to get a second opinion this policy makes that very hard as they then have to lose the service fee. In my case, I did want a second opinion and Sam did waive the service fee after I asked which was good customer service. Also, I noticed that there was company "policy" that forced me into more expensive repairs.
