Used another company for years; they claimed to be too busy to come out to our rural home for non-emergency service. Precision has friendly phone representatives, responded in a timely manner, and sent a super technician. Dustin took care of our issues, offered advice on a couple of things, and fixed a problem we hadn't even noticed before his visit. Thank you!!

Techs were great. Diagnosed problem and repaired as needed. Discussed other issues with current doors and decided was in our best interest to replace the current doors (we have been thinking about it anyway). Absolutely no complaints with the quality of service or the capability and professionalism of the technician. BUT....the price! All of the exact SAME parts can be found online with their current prices. This tells me why the bill was not itemized. That said, it translated to the labor charge alone being $200 for less than 1 hour. We should all be in the garage door business!

Dear Patrick, I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback. First, all employees have been very courteous and professional. I first knew of your company when I requested an evaluation of the garage door when performing a pre-purchase home inspection. I am curious if the information provided to me after a purchase service call was also provided to the seller. Appears the door and opening mechanism is a "safety issue". The motor is failing which is the actual cause of the remote and wall switch working randomly. Upon assessment, it is recommended that the door be replaced which would include the motor and other items. This is substantial expense that I will now have to incur. Your tech was polite and did a good job in the inspection & repairs. However, whenever I was chatting with your website representative on December 11, I was somewhat disappointed. While asking what your service rate was, the rep’s reply stated that it was $89 and that it was waived if the tech completed the work. The rep was confused that it hey had sent me a reply ku intended for someone else. This is very unprofessional and doesn’t make a good impression.

I was very satisfied with the work Dustin McClean did on my garage door. As a disabled senior it was such an inconvenience to have to park my car out on the driveway. When I called your office I was told the man would be here that day and his truck would have all the parts. This young man knew what he was doing and performed an amazing job. My garage door opener broke on a Sunday morning. Dustin Mclean came out that early afternoon and replaced my garage door opener assembly. He told me my options and he sold me on replacing it with a better garage door opener. Dustin was great. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

So far, totally great! Dustin was super nice and explained everything about why I was having garage door problems. He made sure I understood the warranties and time-frame for ordering the door and parts. If the installers are as good as he was, I will be totally satisfied. I already have told a neighbor about it, and I was also told by a neighbor about her having called you.

If I could give a half star, I would. I think the rep was kind and knowledgeable but did not care for the “sales pitch” to get me to buy new doors and an overpriced new motor. I had to pay $50 for someone to come out and not fix my issue but instead tell me that his overpriced motor ($1300) may not even work. Very very disappointed!
