We were 24 hrs away from having a wedding n backyard n everything was n garage n steve was so kind to help carry the wedding arch n couple large items that couldnt fit thru house before he permantly closed garage door . I needed a quote on a door. The young man did a great job explaining your product. I went with a comparable door from another supplier based on price. When I told your sales associate that I had gone with another company, he said that he would be back to fix the door for broken parts. That was totally unnecessary. Your sales force needs to be coached on how to respond to rejection. Because of his remarks, I won't recommend Precision door.

Tech's knew what to do. Work quality was good. Door looks great and motor works like it should. Definitely a more expensive company to go with than other options, especially for budget shopping. $1800 for a door and motor even for a basic garage door combo.
