We accidentally lowered our door down onto a rake leaning on the door frame. Oh boy; mistake. It warped the tracking system, bent the guide wheels badly all the way around, & set the 2 car wide door completely askew from its intended position. Holly was instrumental in making sure we had wildly impressive quick service. Our technician was Steve Colley who was equally impressive. BOTH were so personable I was actually 'almost' glad we had this fiasco happen just to be able to meet them! I'd call them again in a heartbeat!

Excellent customer service & top of the line products is why I used them to install my garage doors and openers. I’ve been super satisfied with them then lightening fried one so they came back out and replaced one. Aaron the installer was just great and spent the extra time showing my about it and answering questions I had. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to everyone.

Precision Door has always come through for me. I called on a Friday evening after 5:00 PM asking for service. A technician (Justin) showed up at noon on Saturday. He quickly found the source of the problem, fixed it and explained to me what happened. He charged me for only a service call (no labor) of $49.95. In a nutshell, I called Precision Door because of their responsiveness, professionalism and affordability.

Jacob was very professional and did a great job repairing my overhead garage door and opener. It's so much quieter now and I feel much better knowing that I won't have to worry about it being a safety hazard since the home builder appeared to have cut some corners and used lower quality parts. So far, totally great! Dustin was super nice and explained everything about why I was having garage door problems. He made sure I understood the warranties and time-frame for ordering the door and parts. If the installers are as good as he was, I will be totally satisfied. I already have told a neighbor about it, and I was also told by a neighbor about her having called you.

If I could give a half star, I would. I think the rep was kind and knowledgeable but did not care for the “sales pitch” to get me to buy new doors and an overpriced new motor. I had to pay $50 for someone to come out and not fix my issue but instead tell me that his overpriced motor ($1300) may not even work. Very very disappointed!

Still awaiting my receipt for payment of work done. Earliest appointment was 48 hours from time of call for service. Your repairman was on time and worked efficiently to replace the broken garage door springs. He ensured the job was done to my satisfaction. I found it a little surprising that the company could not give me an estimate of cost if the spring was the only problem. I rate the repairman a 4 or 5. The overall experience was a three due to receipt and response.

Extremely impressed. On time arrival with a 15 minute pre arrival call. The team, Wes and Drew, were excellent. They were courteous and competent. They were able to answer all my questions. Most importantly, I have a new garage door that works well and looks good. I selected the door with windows and happy I did.
