I had 3 new garage door openers installed yesterday including having two doors rebuilt (springs, bearings, cables, rollers, etc.) and upgraded a third (spring, bearings and rollers). Trenton Dunn provided exceptional customer service and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend Precision and Trenton!

Trenton was a true professional! He was pleasant and easy to work with. He made my repair which was under warranty. He also lubricated and checked my door for any other issues. He explained what the issue was and how he was fixing it. Additionally, I called on a Monday morning and got same day service! I purchased my new garage door last summer from them. Highly recommend this company.

We are impressed with the service and products. Called Precision in the morning, we had a friendly and professional service tech show up at the house about 2:30pm. Trenton took the time to thoroughly inspect our existing 27 yr old damaged system and explain his recommendations and our options. By 5pm, he was cleaning up and showing us the features of our brand new, tech advanced and super quiet garage door system. Trenton was fantastic and he left our garage cleaner than he found it! We feel the pricing was fair and service was top shelf. Very happy.

My son got a new door from Precision a year ago and had a great experience, so when our door broke recently, I called Precision on a Saturday and they had a technician, Trenton Dunn, at my house within 2 hours, which was earlier than promised. He texted me on the way and I even got a picture of him so I could recognize him when he arrived. Trenton was fantastic--very professional and excellent at pointing out the what happened, why and my options. In the end, I decided to upgrade to new insulated garage doors and what I think is a reasonable price. I highly recommend Precision based on this experience working with Trenton.

I had trouble locating someone to service our overhead door. Very frustrated with the companies I called. My experience from beginning to end with Precision Overhead Doors was in complete contrast. They answered my call immediately, and scheduled a technician for the very next day. A highly qualified and courteous tech arrived on the exact time promised, listened to my concerns, and offered alternative solutions in a way that I could understand. He went about the work we agreed on and charged a fair price. A very professional company.

Trenton Dunn was exceptionally helpful. He recommended servicing that needed done, and carried out the repairs expertly and very quickly. He was on time, and had a very professional appearance/attitude. I was most impressed however with what he recommended did NOT need to be replaced. Many services seem to just want your money and will replace older parts that are in working condition simply due to their age. Will certainly be recommending them in the future.

Trenton Dunn was our technician. He was polite, professional and liked my dog. I made an appointment and he came the next day. I appreciated that he called when he was on his way. He gave me an up front estimate, but then found that in addition to my broken spring, new bearings were also required. I thought the total price was rather high, but there is a 5-year warranty on parts.

Star rating isn't high enough!! 10 Stars!! Bottom line, the VERY BEST customer service I have ever received from any business, EVER!! Steve was very courteous, extremely professional, explained everything in detail, and most of all, fixed our problem better than when they were new!! Super good experience and professional repairs of garage door. I like the fact they that US parts are used and quality rollers. Our door broke (slammed) shut and both cars were trapped in the garage. Precision came out same day and fixed the issue - much appreciated. Will use again!

Precision Door Service lives up to their name “service”. My garage door spring broke on Sunday afternoon. I called their 24 hour phone number and was able to get an appointment for the next day. The technician, Jacob, emailed me his picture and bio in the morning. He then notified us when he was on his way. Jacob could not have been more friendly. He reviewed my door, told me what work needed to be done as well as some additional suggestions that would make my 21 year old door work better. Once approved Jacob went to work and quickly finished the job. I highly recommend Precision Door Service to everyone.
