The technical arrive to repair our issue.The technician was very friendly and had all the skills needed to repair our garage door. I am so happy with the service I received from Luke this afternoon. He was very approachable, and explained everything he had done. He 100% did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and the charge for work done was very reasonable. The cables that attach the door to the spring had snapped on one side, leaving the door unable to open/close properly and hanging lopsided. Like replaced the cables, tensioned the spring properly and realigned the door as it should be. He also repositioned the motor arm correctly on the door as the previous owners had moved it, which was making it work harder. I will definitely use Precision again and recommend them to others.

Justin Peterson was fantastic, he did a complete inspection of the garage door. He explained everything he found, pointed out things that could wait and things we needed to fix now. He changed the springs, a cable and bearings in about an hour. The paper work was well paperwork. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs their door fixed.

What a great experience. The whole team exceeded my expectations. The installer, Levi, was very professional and highly detailed oriented. The new garage doors and opener I purchased work so much better than the previous ones.
