The technician arrived early and did a fantastic job. He fixed the cables on the door and gave a great explanation of the cause of the failure. He also fixed a problem I have been having with the opener button on the wall. Everything works better than it originally did. I have the number on the door, if anything goes wrong in the future, they will be the one I call. Great job and thanks!

Great service! Satisfied customer! Called Precision on a Monday for a problem with our garage doors, had an appointment immediately booked for the next morning, had multiple forms of communication later that day and the morning of confirming the appointment (text, email) and received the bio/headshot for the technician that would be coming (Luke Z.). He had all the parts needed to both quote and then complete the job within a couple of hours and get us back up and running. He was knowledgeable, friendly, & not pushy. Loving the Smart Garage upgrade. All synced with MyQ phone app.

I chose Precision garage door because when they came out the first time to replace the springs and the rollers I had a great conversation with the young man Drew he is very skilled at what he is doing. I related well with the guy and felt very comfortable around him. He gave me options to choose from, and I still went with the higher option. I wanted the best for my garage door being that it is 53 years old precision garage door has been accompany. I’ve known for years and trust well with I am very happy and pleased with the young man’s work today and would most definitely recommend them. The price was very fair for what I thought for a brand new garage door opener, a keypad two new clickers a wall mount that actually tells you the temperature and you can program your new door clickers there instead of climbing a ladder.

I called for service because my garage door spring broke and caused a loud noise. I was told a technician was available same day. Tanner was the technician who came out to repair our garage door, and he did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The repair was done same day and efficiently, and he even took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent future problems. I really appreciated his expertise and attention to detail.
