Contacted Precision Door because one of our garage doors would not open using either our vehicle remote or our wall mounted touch pad. David came out during the time frame promised and quickly identified the problem. He took care of the problem by replacing the door motor and rail and got it back to working in short order. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to call Precision Door again for any future garage door issues.

Justin was very good at texting and letting me know what the plan was for the service. He was quick and efficient. He let me know that a sealant on the bottom of the door would be advisable to make a better seal for weather. Not sure why he didn’t do that after applying the seal to the bottom of the door, but perhaps that wasn’t part of the service.

I used Precision to rebuild my main garage door last summer. Yesterday, my spring broke trapping my car in the garage. I had to leave to go to multiple meetings so I called very early. Precision sent technician Luke out immediately. He repaired my spring quickly and allowed me to get to my busy day. Great service and highly recommend!!

Seth quickly responded to our call of broken springs. Close inspection showed more serious issues that needed to be addressed. He explained his reasoning clearly so that we could understand the problem(s). His knowledge and reasoning in a manner that we felt was accurate, reliable, and in our best long-term interests, was reassuring. Service will be completed in a couple of weeks when ordered parts are available.

The technician was professional and immediately knew how to fix the problem. The led opener model lights were going out and he advised the unit would be replaced as the lights cannot be changed. The hard part was getting the reps answering my 3 phone calls to understand I could not just change light bulbs and was advised changing bulbs was not part of service provided. I even provided them with the model number. Finally on the 3rd call, I was informed that a technician would be out to check the problem.
