Will never recommend y'all to anyone due to the fact that the only option that I was given for the spring repair was the most expensive and if I would have been a person on a fixed income I couldn't of afforded it and would of still been charge $90.00 service fee. For spring replacement cost me $700.00 ridiculous I figure techs operate on commission base pay.

We realize our competitors may quote a lower price but often the parts by competitors are not of the same quality as the parts and services we offer. We believe in only offering long-term solutions. Since you have a double car garage and 1 spring broke we would suggest replacing both to make it safe and secure. Safety for our top priority, when one spring breaks it puts a heavy strain on the older spring. By not replacing both, the other spring will inevitably break as well. The Powder coated springs you purchased have 100% lifetime warranty, you will never have to replace or purchase again for as long as you own your home, you can rest assured that your door will be safe, secure and reliable for years to come.

I had three doors repaired/rebuilt/upgraded over a short period requiring a few visits. Excellent workmanship. I'm still waiting for installation of door struts to be delivered and installed for over a month now. I guess ya'll got busy and forgot.

My garage door broke and had my car held hostage in the garage when Precision came within 24 hours to fix the garage door freeing my car for use. Precision was efficient, friendly, tidy and went above and beyond communicating when and who was coming. Sam was very friendly and clearly communicated what needed to be done and how much things would cost. I would highly recommend Precision.

We called Precision Door on Saturday after experiencing damage to the roller channels on our garage door. Precision offered to send a technician out on Sunday, but we were able to get the door closed and elected to wait until a weekday for service. They scheduled & texted our appointment time, then texted a reminder day before, texted a picture of the technician 15 minutes before the appointment, then the technician called 10 minutes before to verify I was home. All great communication! Our technician, Cade, arrived as scheduled, fixed the door like new, answered all our questions, discussed homeowner tips, and left us feeling that we received an excellent value for his service and for our time! On 3/29/24 Precision Door technician Cade Mercell repaired our garage door that was not operating properly. Cade arrived at my home at the scheduled appointment time and got the door operating well. Replaced garage door opener. It took a week after I contacted them to get my garage door opener replaced. The man was very nice, knew what he was doing. I am happy with the final product. BUT the price was HIGH. Get estimates from other companies also.
