We called Precision Door on Saturday after experiencing damage to the roller channels on our garage door. Precision offered to send a technician out on Sunday, but we were able to get the door closed and elected to wait until a weekday for service. They scheduled & texted our appointment time, then texted a reminder day before, texted a picture of the technician 15 minutes before the appointment, then the technician called 10 minutes before to verify I was home. All great communication! Our technician, Cade, arrived as scheduled, fixed the door like new, answered all our questions, discussed homeowner tips, and left us feeling that we received an excellent value for his service and for our time! Thank you, Cade!!

On 3/29/24 Precision Door technician Cade Mercell repaired our garage door that was not operating properly. Cade arrived at my home at the scheduled appointment time and got the door operating well. He was totally professional and answered any questions that my wife and I had. …In addition, the appointment was made on Thursday evening at 8:00 PM and Cade arrived the next morning at 11:00 AM. Replaced garage door opener. It took a week after I contacted them to get my garage door opener replaced. The man was very nice, knew what he was doing. I am happy with the final product. BUT the price was HIGH. Get estimates from other companies also.

Precision helped me program new remotes earlier this year by phone at no charge. Very kind. So I wanted to give my business to them when my garage door died. David and Matt did a great job of getting my door repaired. They were professional and courteous. My door was fixed in a timely manner. There was good communication throughout the process. I was very glad to see a company that had a “late” window of service that worked with my work schedule. I couldn’t believe how quiet the door is when in operation now!

Dakota recognized my description of the problem on the service order before coming out and called to explain what it was and that it was completely normal. I was worried about nothing! Justin called before he was on his way here and said it would be around 20 minutes! He arrived and scheduled and asked me what I I was looking to get done, I told hi and he checked a couple things and told me the reason why and then checked my warranty as I have used Precision before, he fixed the problem in no time! We love using Precision! We our garage door broke, and they came out the next day to replace it. Just last week with all the snow the seal froze to the ground and they came out and fixed it two days after my call. It's important to note that I told them it wasn't urgent just when they had time to come by. I love how they always send a profile of who is coming to your house. It gives you a real peace of mind! We used Precision in the past to fix a major issue with our large door motor and were impressed. This time, the repair was not nearly as difficult but needed to be completed quickly - in time for a listing photo shoot. Not only was it super easy to make an appointment (same afternoon in this case), but the technician was able to delay arrival a bit until we could get out to the property from work. Estimating the work to be done was fast, the parts were in stock back at the shop and the repairs were completed first thing the next morning as planned. Very satisfied (once again) and will continue to reach out to Precision for any garage-related issues in the future.

My garage door broke and had my car held hostage in the garage when Precision came within 24 hours to fix the garage door freeing my car for use. Precision was efficient, friendly, tidy and went above and beyond communicating when and who was coming. Sam was very friendly and clearly communicated what needed to be done and how much things would cost. I would highly recommend Precision.
