Our technician, Drew Bates, was extremely courteous and professional. He walked me through every step that he was going to take in not only repairing our garage door, and why he was going to do what he did, but he also explained the cause of the issue. Everything, from the response time from when I made the initial call, to the text that I received with a photo and background info on the technician, to the work that was performed in a very timely and professional manner by a quality technician like Drew, made the whole experience very pleasant and stress free. I was having trouble with my garage door opener. I worked on it and worked on it myself trying to fix the problem but it just kept recurring. The service man came out, identified the problem and after about two hours had the problem resolved. I have had zero issues since and am quite pleased.

I had a new insulated door installed and am extremely pleased with the results. The installers (Chad and Aaron) were very professional and did a great job. The window arrangement was built incorrectly by the manufacturer, but they brought it to my attention immediately after they unpacked it. They assured me a new on would be ordered and installed as soon as it came in. I have never had a quieter door.

This is my second time to use Precision door service for my garage door. The first time, I used a technician Seth Ottino, who so impressed me in the installation of a new door lifting system that I decided after that that I would only use Precision for my garage door service. ( I had used at least two other services before. They were okay, but not up to the standards that this Precision service showed me). When my garage door became inoperable after a slight accident, I called Precision and got Chris Wickham as a technician. Needless to say, the service was performed in a most timely manner, and was first class. I will only use Precision from now on due to these two great technicians and the great service I received!

Such fast same day service! David the installer was very presentable, friendly and very knowledgable about his work. He thoroughly explained every detail. When he had finished and cleaned up you couldn't tell he was ever here except for our new garage door equipment. The service truck was so well equipped there was no delay in installation. Precision installed garage doors at our home last week. We were very happy with the entire experience. Dustin came out for our estimate. He was professional and provided all the details and options available to make our decision. He helped us select the doors that were best for us. Chris installed the three doors. He was also professional and did a fantastic job. Throughout the process Precision had very good communication and responded to my calls quickly. I really like the fact that Precision sent texts prior to visits to our home (including bio's and photos) - so we knew who to expect. I do not recommend this company the technician replaced to door spring and bearing did not hook the opener up. I connected the opener and the door works worse than before it was repaired

I had a broken wire to sensor eye. Tech noticed fraying on one cable so replaced it too. Also replaced worn rollers. Tech, Jacob Baggett, was very friendly & courteous, as well as the Tech he was training. He showed me what was wrong and explained what it would take to fix it. They did good work & were professionals.

I'd highly recommend not having this company come to your home for a repair. No attempt was made to repair our garage door. I basically had to pay $50 to have them try and sell me a new garage door.
