Such fast same day service! David the installer was very presentable, friendly and very knowledgable about his work. He thoroughly explained every detail. When he had finished and cleaned up you couldn't tell he was ever here except for our new garage door equipment. The service truck was so well equipped there was no delay in installation. Highly recommend this company.

Precision installed garage doors at our home last week. We were very happy with the entire experience. Dustin came out for our estimate. He was professional and provided all the details and options available to make our decision. He helped us select the doors that were best for us. Chris installed the three doors. He was also professional and did a fantastic job. Throughout the process Precision had very good communication and responded to my calls quickly. I really like the fact that Precision sent texts prior to visits to our home (including bio's and photos) - so we knew who to expect. Dustin and Chris were both trustworthy and we were happy to work with them. I highly recommend Precision.

I do not recommend this company the technician replaced to door spring and bearing did not hook the opener up. I connected the opener and the door works worse than before it was repaired

I had a broken wire to sensor eye. Tech noticed fraying on one cable so replaced it too. Also replaced worn rollers. Tech, Jacob Baggett, was very friendly & courteous, as well as the Tech he was training. He showed me what was wrong and explained what it would take to fix it. They did good work & were professionals.

I'd highly recommend not having this company come to your home for a repair. No attempt was made to repair our garage door. I basically had to pay $50 to have them try and sell me a new garage door.
