Precision Door NWA was able to replace my existing garage door. They did a very good job. Wes and Donovan were the gentlemen who came and took down the old garage door and replaced it with a new door. They not only exchanged the door panels but they also replaced tracking, garage door opener, and they completely cleaned up the garage after themselves. It was very nice having the technicians to explain as I visited with them.

I waited a little bit to post this review just to make sure things were good. I have been very impressed with Precision. They have done a very good job of keeping me informed as to the progress of my order. The only "problem" I had was they were very busy when I wanted my door installed and the schedule was full; they installed it the next business day from what I wanted. I was okay with that. From the estimator to the installer, Precision has been nothing but professional. I love their text showing who is coming and giving a background on that person; makes me feel like I know them before they ever show up. I hope I never have to buy another door, but if I do, I'll call Precision.

Two days ago I saw an advertisement on TV for Precision Doors. I thought to myself, I like the way this commercial sounds and looks, I need to remember this company. Little did I know that the next day the spring on my garage door would break. I called Precision about 5:30 on Thursday night. My call was answered by a real person, not a call service or answering machine. I told Taylor what had happened, she was very nice and told me she could have someone out the next day. Technician Steve came out the next day, took a look at my broken spring and recommended some other work be done along with the fixing of the spring. My garage door and hardware was about 20 years old and really did need some updating. Steve changed out both springs, all the wiring, all the rollers and some other things. My garage door opens like it's brand new. It is so quiet, it's never been this quiet since I've lived here! Steve wasn't pushy about fixing all of this, it was just his recommendation. Everyone was very nice and accommodating, and made me feel like it was important to them to take care of me. I highly recommend Precision Door for any of your door needs.

Basis research of websites and reviews I chose Precision to install a new garage door open and rebuild my garage door. I sent an email requesting a quote at 7:00 am and by 1:30 I received the quote and had the work finished. Both service men were prompt, knowledgeable, and fun to have do the work. I received a text with a picture and a short bio on the repair person I could expect at my door which I greatly appreciated! Steve came out on time. Our garage door operators were fried when lightening struck our home. At 9:30pm a guy answered the phone, took our information, sent a text, email and a technician introduction w/photo. The technician was very professional and knows the product he is installing. He kept us informed of our options on new garage door operators along with the warranty before the work began. Kept us informed of the schedule and pointed our several features on our new door operators. The area was left clean and the technician made sure we had all our questions answered before he left. This group is customer focused and quality oriented. I would call them again, and would recommend there services for any of your garage door needs.
