I called Precision Garage Door of Northwest Arkansas, and they sent out technician Tyler. When Tyler showed up he was very courteous and kind. I showed him the garage door. Tyler made a quick assessment and promptly gave me three different estimates which I appreciated. We decided that the best option for us was to get a new garage door. I am very pleased with the service we have received thus far.

They had what was needed on their truck and completed the work in record time. I needed a quote on a door. The young man did a great job explaining your product. I went with a comparable door from another supplier based on price. When I told your sales associate that I had gone with another company, he said that he would be back to fix the door for broken parts. That was totally unnecessary. Your sales force needs to be coached on how to respond to rejection. Because of his remarks, I won't recommend Precision door.

Tech's knew what to do. Work quality was good. Door looks great and motor works like it should. Definitely a more expensive company to go with than other options, especially for budget shopping. $1800 for a door and motor even for a basic garage door combo.

Very satisfied!! A spring broke on one of our garage doors so I contacted Precision Door for repair. Kevin came out that same day (a Friday) and he was great! He examined everything and presented me with different repair options. He was very professional and took the time to explain all options in detail and the benefits of each one...everything from just replacing the spring to installing new openers. My wife and I have been wanting "quieter" openers for some time now, so we chose to have a complete rebuild done w/new belt drive openers - they're awesome! (Note - Kevin did not try to "push or sell" us this option.) Like I said at the beginning of this review - Very Satified! I would definitely recommend Precision Door.
