Excellent response time and service! Trenton Dunn was a pleasure to work with, displayed professionalism, very friendly and knowledgeable. He left the door operating better than it was prior to the breakdown: the cable was broken and the door had partly jumped the track. I was having multiple issues with my garage door opener, broken remotes and a garage door that was falling apart. Worn out, my opener was noisy and my door was making loud booms both just setting idle and operating - original equipment since purchase of my home in 1994. I had seen Precision Door trucks in the area when driving around town and my sister used them for her new garage door install and she was very happy with their service. While on vacation for a week, and wanted to get the problem resolved, I went on their website at 11:00 PM at night and used the CHAT NOW feature to learn more. They took care of setting up an appointment for me! The next day, their senior technician Steve Colley came out promptly and measured for a new insulated replacement door to be ordered and in the meantime replaced my old opener with a new LiftMaster Elite. He got my existing broken garage door running on the new opener until the new door would later arrive. I was impressed by all the new features of the LiftMaster Elite. A nice operating manual comes with it and I really like the inside garage control panel and emergency power feature to open your door when the power is out! Steve took the time to explain all the operational features and programmed my two remote controls for me. He was very friendly and a hard working man that got the job done right. He left telling me I could call him if I had any questions. This is excellent customer service!

Travis was very professional and explained everything. I was not thrilled to have to pay for repairs to a garage door on a recent home purchase, but Travis gave detail on all the repair options available. I would use Precision again, and ask for Travis if available.

It is hard to know who you can trust for service & repairs. I was ripped off over $7000 three years ago. Precision Door Service is the extreme exception. I have never had two friendlier service guys than Aaron & Lee. Professional quality workmanship is an understatement! 20 year old system, with broken spring & wore out cables & opener. They had it all repaired & working perfectly in short order. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!

Our garage door that I had purchased from a big-box store was professionally installed a little more than a year ago. After several repairs, I was at the end of my rope. It was very frustrating when the opener wouldn't work properly, the buttons took several times to respond, the remotes needed batteries replaced far too often. I called Precision, and Travis was here within 4 hours to replace it. An hour later, Travis completed all of the work, programmed all of the remotes and the car, and gained a very happy customer. The moment the other opener has problems, it's getting replaced the same way.
