Garage door was getting louder when used and wasn’t seating when closed leaving small gap. Stephen was on time, professional, and super knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided options on what was needed and cost. He had our door sounding much quieter than before as well as the door being tight to the ground. Great experience with Stephen and Precision, would definitely use again.

I would like to say that Stephen is awesome. Why? Cause I sent him pictures in a text of cables that needed replaced and he had me an appointment the next day to get those replaced. We had a technician Drew Bates. He was professional and courteous. But most of all our door was completely repaired and lubricated ad it works great, I was impressed by his ability to repair it completely rather than just the minimal. He saw problems we did not know we needed and explained all the work and the costs involved before completing the repair. We are grateful and I was impressed with the company’s website and could book an appointment at 10 pm. Great experience and we appreciate !!!

The garage door motor quit working in the afternoon of 7/19 after I had opened & closed it that morning. I was leaving early the next morning for a long road trip so I was very upset. Steve came over and determined that it had probably been struck by lightning, but got the door closed. Reluctantly I left the next morning, returning Sunday afternoon. He called this morning, and Precision replaced the whole unit, including a better surge protector at no charge!! Needless to say, I am a ‘Very Happy Camper’!! THANKS for being a reputable company either great service folks!!

My husband saw the Precision commercial on TV. We are very pleased with our experience!! Everything they say in the commercial seems to be very TRUE!!! We set up our appointment the same day we called! Our problem was fixed, and we love the new remotes and pad added to the outside door. It's so awesome! The motor and remotes are so quiet compared to our last motors/remotes. Our technician, Jacob, was very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Precision. We had motor replaced on 2 doors and new remotes and pad.

Service was prompt and workmanship seems to be professional. They just left a few hours ago. Replaced the 2 cable drums, cables, and the end bearings on the rod that goes from one end of the door to the other. However, I was very shocked at the humongous markup on the parts. Thats understating it. From what I've looked up on the average retail prices of the parts used, I was charged an average of up to 20 times, that's right, up to 20 times the average retail price as best I can make of it. I can understand business's are in business to make money, but this is definately price gouging. If your garage door doesn't need immediate attention, you might find another company that is more reasonable to do the job. If you choose them, be prepared for just what I described, .I would have given them a 5 star review but I just feel ripped off on the parts prices. Only a one star. The service was great but the rest was something I would expect from a roadside stand in a third world country as far as the parts prices.

Steve is always so responsive and good to us! We’ve had issues with our two doors (that were NOT originally installed by Precision Door-unfortunately!) and he’s gone above and beyond trying to get them working appropriately! We can’t say enough good things about Precision Door!

I was having trouble with my garage door opener. I worked on it and worked on it myself trying to fix the problem but it just kept recurring. The service man came out, identified the problem and after about two hours had the problem resolved. I have had zero issues since and am quite pleased.

I had a new insulated door installed and am extremely pleased with the results. The installers (Chad and Aaron) were very professional and did a great job. The window arrangement was built incorrectly by the manufacturer, but they brought it to my attention immediately after they unpacked it. They assured me a new on would be ordered and installed as soon as it came in. I have never had a quieter door.
