Aaron Hart, was our service technician that came out to our home. He was very pleasant and professional most of all arrived on time even called when he was 30 min out. He replaced both springs test the door for proper operation. I would HIGHLY recommend AARON HART and Precision Garage door. Thanks for everything you done Aaron

I was so impressed with Precision Door’s service during a repair on a Sunday that when I decided to let them replace my old garage door and opener. Wes and Donovan did an outstanding job installing the new door and opener. They were very professional, friendly and fast! Very happy with Precision Door. Highly recommend!

He did a 25 point inspection and replaced rollers and cables and suggested future issue we might want to address. The service call was 50 dollars to fix a something that took 2 minutes to fix which I didn't have a problem with but he wanted 150 dollars more to fix after getting here I realized this was nothing but a scam gave him his 50 dollars and sent him on his way. I had to make a special trip back to fix it myself and it literally took 2 minutes I don't appreciate being scammed!

Mr. Jewell, As the Owner and a Sanctioned trainer for the industry here at Precision Door Service of NWA, I would like to sincerely apologize for how you interpreted your experience. Our policy states that there is a service fee for a technician to come out to your property and diagnose the issue with your door when it comes to repairs. This was quoted upfront in your phone call with us when you scheduled your appointment. After arriving at your property and upon doing his inspection, our technician diagnosed your 10 ft high (Commercial Door) as being off the tracks due to lack of maintenance, and a few (noted) worn parts. You were then presented with not one, but three different options based on your current and future plans for the door. Our options were designed to fix not just the door being off track, but also the root cause for why it happened and a warranty provided. When presented with the solution and fees associated with, you then denied the service, which is completely up to you. Please understand, we always have our customer's best interest at heart in all we do, and although you chose not to use us this time, we would hope that we might still have the opportunity to earn your business in the future. I would say the positive reviews were well merited as I will add my name to those who felt they received 5 star service. Very professional service with clear and precise explanation of choices available and their costs and coverages.
