Drew was awesome! He took his time and inspected all my repair / problems / door damage. He explained things in a way that was totally understandable. I learned a lot from him. I am very impressed with the quality of the doors and installation process to make sure my door was superior to my expectations. After reviewing my options, I purchased the Endurance 300. Mainly because I am in my 60's and the Lifetime Warrantee gives me a complete peace of mind that I will not have to worry about having any problems in the future.

We hope you are enjoying your new garage door. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and look forward to any further services you may need. Just let us know! Sincerely, PDS of NWA

Sometimes, with any project, things just don't go right, anyone can and does make errors, that's not what's important, what is important is what happens next. I can with all confidence tell you that the upper management at Precision Doors NWA knows and will do what is right. without going into detail, we had a couple of issues, those things were handled both expeditiously and entirely profession. Now if you like doing business with real professionals, courteous, and sympathetic people, then Precision doors NWA is the perfect place to call. I fully endorse and support this company Rick Hudson

I would give this 5 stars....however...I just got back from the grocery store, just hours after the guys finished and discovered 2 dents in the panel just below the panel with the windows in it. I am sick about this. I have taken pictures of them and will text them to you. If you're looking straight on you don't notice them so much but at an angle, they are quite noticeable. The installers were great guys but as expensive as this door was, I wanted it to be perfect. Very disappointed!

I saw your commercial on TV. It said you could call 24/7, fast response time, all needed parts on truck and expert technicians. All true. I called on Thursday evening and your technician, Jacob Baggett, arrived at 9:30 Friday morning, did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener and was finished by 10:30. It was a pleasure working with your company and would highly recommend to anyone needing quick, professional service.
