Your positive customer reviews led me to call you when the spring on the garage door broke. I would say the positive reviews were well merited as I will add my name to those who felt they received 5 star service. Very professional service with clear and precise explanation of choices available and their costs and coverages. Technician was very polite and courteous and I felt went above and beyond in his inspection, explanations, and installation. After the job was completed he reviewed all aspects with me and we confirmed operation. I would most certainly recommend Precision.
