We bought our complete door and motor in December of 2019 the install was smooth! Love our new door, we had some noise increase in October 2020, they came out and reajusted our door, it is quiet again, I would buy again from precision door! Also they respond very fast on the on line chat, I set up my adjustment appointment through it, perfect!

Aaron Hart, was our service technician that came out to our home. He was very pleasant and professional most of all arrived on time even called when he was 30 min out. I was so impressed with Precision Door’s service during a repair on a Sunday that when I decided to let them replace my old garage door and opener.
