I am retired and I'm fixed income I would like to see you having a plan that you can come out and service what you sell instead of a flat fee every year the service was good but I'm looking forward to y'all having a service plan to keep your doors updated

Was very thankful that I was able to get a technician out to my home after I backed into my garage door! I was 4pm and everyone I called wouldn't be able to get to it till the following day, I did not want to leave my garage door open overnight and unsecured, Thankfully Michael Bray was able to get got to my home that evening, he was very informative and quick to asses the issue and had my door up and running in a couple hours! I highly recommend Percision and will be using them for all my garage door needs and will be recommending them to anyone that will be needing service!.

I have great appreciation for what it takes to provide excellent customer service and that was my experience from the initial call through the entire process. I immediately received an email confirmation of the same day appointment along with a follow-up text introducing Justin Peterson as the technician. Justin called ahead and arrived within 2 ½ hours from my initial call and presented himself very professionally. He gave me a quick assessment of the situation, provided alternatives, and had the job completed within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Precision Door and Justin in particular. During the snowstorm my old garage door opener ceased to work. I called Precision and they came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, installed the needed equipment and I was able to pay on the spot with a credit card. From the time the worker arrived to the time he left was about an hour and a half. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend them.

We bought our complete door and motor in December of 2019 the install was smooth! Love our new door, we had some noise increase in October 2020, they came out and reajusted our door, it is quiet again, I would buy again from precision door! Also they respond very fast on the on line chat, I set up my adjustment appointment through it, perfect!
