I chose Precision Door because I first used them for my Mother-In-Law’s garage door and got it fixed quick and for a reasonable price. All the techs are nice and very knowledgeable. Today I had a full garage door kit installed and man it looks and works amazing. Dayton got here when he said he would and installed fast and with quality. I moved in to a new home with a very aged garage door system that had issues right from the get go. I was not referred here by anyone. I did a search online for garage repair services. I felt Precision Door NWA had the most credibility out of all the companies I searched due to their professionally trained technicians and other merits you can find on their website. They came out and recommended I simply have the entire garage door system replaced, tracks and all. I chose a 3 layer insulated garage door, and they did an amazing job installing. My only complaint is the price. Their services can be pretty expensive depending on the work that needs to be done. However I feel their level of quality deserves the price, so this still gets 5 stars from me. I will definitely continue to rely on them for any garage work I need done in the future.

We had bought and had installed new garage doors and openers everyone was so nice and on time loved the doors. Then 3 weeks later lightning struck the house and they had to come back and replace one of the openers and added surge protectors. They have been so great to work with.

Precision Door NWA was able to replace my existing garage door. They did a very good job. Wes and Donovan were the gentlemen who came and took down the old garage door and replaced it with a new door. They not only exchanged the door panels but they also replaced tracking, garage door opener, and they completely cleaned up the garage after themselves. It was very nice having the technicians to explain as I visited with them.

I waited a little bit to post this review just to make sure things were good. I have been very impressed with Precision. They have done a very good job of keeping me informed as to the progress of my order. The only "problem" I had was they were very busy when I wanted my door installed and the schedule was full; they installed it the next business day from what I wanted. I was okay with that. From the estimator to the installer, Precision has been nothing but professional. I love their text showing who is coming and giving a background on that person; makes me feel like I know them before they ever show up. I hope I never have to buy another door, but if I do, I'll call Precision.

Two days ago I saw an advertisement on TV for Precision Doors. I thought to myself, I like the way this commercial sounds and looks, I need to remember this company. Little did I know that the next day the spring on my garage door would break. I called Precision about 5:30 on Thursday night. My call was answered by a real person, not a call service or answering machine. I told Taylor what had happened, she was very nice and told me she could have someone out the next day. Technician Steve came out the next day, took a look at my broken spring and recommended some other work be done along with the fixing of the spring. My garage door and hardware was about 20 years old and really did need some updating. Steve changed out both springs, all the wiring, all the rollers and some other things. My garage door opens like it's brand new. It is so quiet, it's never been this quiet since I've lived here! Steve wasn't pushy about fixing all of this, it was just his recommendation. Everyone was very nice and accommodating, and made me feel like it was important to them to take care of me. I highly recommend Precision Door for any of your door needs.
