Precision Door should be proud to be represented by a person such as Travis Hernandez. He professionally installed our new opener as well as reprogrammed several remotes for another building. He evaluated 2 doors and provided recommendations. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, always on time, answered all my questions, and performed his job just as he said he would. Travis truly understands customer service, a seemingly rare quality these days. He is the guy you want to do your garage doors. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you Travis.

Outstanding customer service that exceeded my expectations. Travis listened to my concerns, performed a 25 point inspection and walked me through the findings. I went with a brand new opener. Travis completed the work and walked me through my new equipment. I can’t recommend Precision enough.

It is hard to know who you can trust for service & repairs. I was ripped off over $7000 three years ago. Precision Door Service is the extreme exception. I have never had two friendlier service guys than Aaron & Lee. Professional quality workmanship is an understatement! 20 year old system, with broken spring & wore out cables & opener. They had it all repaired & working perfectly in short order. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!
Thank you, Mr. Wright, for the stellar review! We pride ourselves on the level of service we provide and are pleased to know you noticed the difference. We will be sure to pass along your kind words to the guys! We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future! Best regards, The Precision Family

Our garage door that I had purchased from a big-box store was professionally installed a little more than a year ago. After several repairs, I was at the end of my rope. It was very frustrating when the opener wouldn't work properly, the buttons took several times to respond, the remotes needed batteries replaced far too often. I called Precision, and Travis was here within 4 hours to replace it. An hour later, Travis completed all of the work, programmed all of the remotes and the car, and gained a very happy customer. The moment the other opener has problems, it's getting replaced the same way.

This was the second time Aaron has came out to help (lightening strike) and he is so helpful and professional. He added some surge protectors last time so it was a minor repair this time. I have had quick, professional service each time I have used Precision garage door service. Thank you.

I chose Precision Door because I first used them for my Mother-In-Law’s garage door and got it fixed quick and for a reasonable price. All the techs are nice and very knowledgeable. Today I had a full garage door kit installed and man it looks and works amazing. Dayton got here when he said he would and installed fast and with quality. Definitely recommending Precision Door to anyone who needs a garage door or repair.

I moved in to a new home with a very aged garage door system that had issues right from the get go. I was not referred here by anyone. I did a search online for garage repair services. I felt Precision Door NWA had the most credibility out of all the companies I searched due to their professionally trained technicians and other merits you can find on their website. They came out and recommended I simply have the entire garage door system replaced, tracks and all. I chose a 3 layer insulated garage door, and they did an amazing job installing. My only complaint is the price. Their services can be pretty expensive depending on the work that needs to be done. However I feel their level of quality deserves the price, so this still gets 5 stars from me. I will definitely continue to rely on them for any garage work I need done in the future.
We love hearing our technicians are providing the very best service possible and are equipped with the knowledge and skills to complete all steps needed. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and look forward to any further services you may need. Just let us know! Sincerely, PDS of NWA

you are close by so I called you. I am glad I did, thank you for the great service. I think Justin sent me the wrong e-mail, it was for door measure instead of receipt. I need that receipt to send to my insurance. Also My phone control is not working on it for some reason. It worked on the first unit but not on this one. Both of your techs were very professional and were working for you,m you should be proud of them.
Glad we could help, Mr. Lent. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future!

We had bought and had installed new garage doors and openers everyone was so nice and on time loved the doors. Then 3 weeks later lightning struck the house and they had to come back and replace one of the openers and added surge protectors. They have been so great to work with.

Precision Door NWA was able to replace my existing garage door. They did a very good job. Wes and Donovan were the gentlemen who came and took down the old garage door and replaced it with a new door. They not only exchanged the door panels but they also replaced tracking, garage door opener, and they completely cleaned up the garage after themselves. It was very nice having the technicians to explain as I visited with them.
Darlene, thank you for leaving us a review. We're glad that Wes and Donovan were able to get your new door up and running well! Your security and decisions are so important to us as a company, and we are pleased to know that you have been well taken care of! Thank you for allowing us to come into your home and giving us the opportunity to earn your business- it really was our pleasure!

I waited a little bit to post this review just to make sure things were good. I have been very impressed with Precision. They have done a very good job of keeping me informed as to the progress of my order. The only "problem" I had was they were very busy when I wanted my door installed and the schedule was full; they installed it the next business day from what I wanted. I was okay with that. From the estimator to the installer, Precision has been nothing but professional. I love their text showing who is coming and giving a background on that person; makes me feel like I know them before they ever show up. I hope I never have to buy another door, but if I do, I'll call Precision.
Thank you, Mr. Harvey, for the great review and recommendation. We are glad to hear our efforts to provide excellent service, as well as accommodating for our customer's busy schedules, has not gone unnoticed. Thank you for sharing your personal experience and we look forward to serving you in the future. We appreciate your business! Best regards, The Precision Family
