He explained about the sensor that had been slightly moved. He helped set up the myQ ap that I was intimidated to do on my own. So relieved. We got new garage doors and garage door openers. We simply love the look of the doors and hoe smooth the garage doors now open. All installers were extremely professional and knew what they were doing. Like most things, we did have a few bumps in the road and Lee the Director of Operations and Kari worked with us through those. The quality of the work and the doors themselves are really good. Had repair service on door installed by Precision in late 2018, much under warranty. Also had service/repair done on an out building's 10 year old door/opener not installed by Precision. Had to replace springs, etc. and install a new opener, with both the originals mis-sized and we were in danger of a total collapse. Steve Colley our technician, recognized this and kept us from a disaster. Steve is a true professional. He really explained everything to us down to all the details and gave us a price before we started and then made the repairs to both our doors, just as he said he would. I would highly recommend Steve and Precision for any and all garage door installations and repairs. We feel better now! Thank you all very much!
