Trenton Dunn was our technician. He was polite, professional and liked my dog. I made an appointment and he came the next day. I appreciated that he called when he was on his way. He gave me an up front estimate, but then found that in addition to my broken spring, new bearings were also required. I thought the total price was rather high, but there is a 5-year warranty on parts.

Super good experience and professional repairs of garage door. I like the fact they that US parts are used and quality rollers. Our door broke (slammed) shut and both cars were trapped in the garage. Precision came out same day and fixed the issue - much appreciated. Will use again!

Our garage door broke in the middle of the night so I called Precision at 7am the next morning. I was scheduled right away for the same day service and Seth showed up at 11am to assess the problem. I even received a text with a picture of the technician and a little bio so that I knew who to expect. Due to poor installation by the initial builders in 2019, our garage door failed and needed to be completely replaced. The good news in all of this was that Seth was very professional, quick to help us get our garage door to close & helped provide a reco for the replacement. The installation of the new door won't be until Dec 2021 but I'm leaving this review based off our initial service call and small repair until the main, new garage door comes in. I chose this company based on the Google reviews I saw and I believe they've earned all the best ratings due to this level of professional/courteous service. I'd reco them to anyone!

We got new garage doors and garage door openers. We simply love the look of the doors and hoe smooth the garage doors now open. All installers were extremely professional and knew what they were doing. Like most things, we did have a few bumps in the road and Lee the Director of Operations and Kari worked with us through those. The quality of the work and the doors themselves are really good.
