Tanner was the technician sent to our home by Precision Door Service of Northwest Arkansas. He contacted us ahead of time. He also checked everything on both garage doors to see if there were maintenance issues that needed attention. In addition to the broken spring, he pointed out that some of our rollers were worn to the point of being crooked when the door went up and down. We received excellent input about what needed to be replaced and what did not. He actually recommended we did not need to do any repair/maintenance service for the single garage door opener. Tanner was friendly and professional. We chose Precision Door Service because customers have been giving them five star ratings! Well deserved! Highly recommend!

Precision replaced my garage door in 2022. I noticed a very large amount of water in my garage after the last two big rains that we had and when I looked at the bottom of my garage door I noticed a small gap where I could see light showing through from outside. Chris came out to my house this morning and fixed the problem. The molding at the bottom of the door had shifted so Chris shifted it back into place. He also lubed the rollers for me as well so the door slides up and down more smoothly now. Chris was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service!

I contacted Precision Door Service because of all the great reviews. This sometimes doesn't turn out to be the case, but this time they were true. My garage door cable snapped and the door jammed crooked. This happened on Easter Sunday. I simply entered my contact info on their website and the office called and set up an appointment for Monday afternoon. The tech arrived early and in very little time I was back in business. The tech was great and very personable. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Absolutely worthy of a 5-star rating which I seldom give. Sam was courteous and professional. The time was set between 8-12 and he arrived at 8 AM starting my day with a smile. He fixed the problem quickly and the cost was very reasonable - less than expected, thank goodness. He also provided some great advice for preventive maintenance. I am very confident that Sam's work was done correctly and quickly. He explained what needed to be done and explained why it needed to be done. He gave me total cost then explained each item. He made recommendations and was not demanding towards me. It was up to me as to how much or how little I wanted to do. I never felt pressured to comply with his recommendations and it was all my decision on what to do. I would highly recommend Percison if you need any workdone.
