Our garage door operators were fried when lightening struck our home. At 9:30pm a guy answered the phone, took our information, sent a text, email and a technician introduction w/photo. The technician was very professional and knows the product he is installing. He kept us informed of our options on new garage door operators along with the warranty before the work began. Kept us informed of the schedule and pointed our several features on our new door operators. The area was left clean and the technician made sure we had all our questions answered before he left. This group is customer focused and quality oriented. I would call them again, and would recommend there services for any of your garage door needs.

We had a weekend incident that resulted in our door not working and precision was very quick to schedule an appt and come out and repair our door in no time. I needed a quote on a door. The young man did a great job explaining your product. I went with a comparable door from another supplier based on price. When I told your sales associate that I had gone with another company, he said that he would be back to fix the door for broken parts. That was totally unnecessary. Your sales force needs to be coached on how to respond to rejection. Because of his remarks, I won't recommend Precision door.

Very satisfied!! A spring broke on one of our garage doors so I contacted Precision Door for repair. Kevin came out that same day (a Friday) and he was great! He examined everything and presented me with different repair options. He was very professional and took the time to explain all options in detail and the benefits of each one...everything from just replacing the spring to installing new openers. My wife and I have been wanting "quieter" openers for some time now, so we chose to have a complete rebuild done w/new belt drive openers - they're awesome! (Note - Kevin did not try to "push or sell" us this option.) Like I said at the beginning of this review - Very Satified! I would definitely recommend Precision Door.

Great service and super professional! Called them at 7:45am after the main spring popped on my garage door during the night. Answered quickly and had a technician out that same morning. Provided several pricing options (mild, hot and spicy) and then completed by noon. Ron was great!

Precision came to my house to repair a broken spring. The technician arrived on a timely basis, identified the problem and explained additional services that he could provide. He did so without any sales pressure. He did a great job of explaining what he was going to do; and afterwards walked me through the project. I would highly recommend them.
