I'd highly recommend not having this company come to your home for a repair. No attempt was made to repair our garage door. I basically had to pay $50 to have them try and sell me a new garage door.

I was told eveything was under warranty and then I was charged. They said they would cover any damage but then I had to pay for it. Really prompt service though and professional

Excellent customer service & top of the line products is why I used them to install my garage doors and openers. I’ve been super satisfied with them then lightening fried one so they came back out and replaced one. Aaron the installer was just great and spent the extra time showing my about it and answering questions I had. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to everyone.

Jacob was very professional and did a great job repairing my overhead garage door and opener. So far, totally great! Dustin was super nice and explained everything about why I was having garage door problems. He made sure I understood the warranties and time-frame for ordering the door and parts. If the installers are as good as he was, I will be totally satisfied. Dustin carefully and quickly diagnosed the issue and what was needed to repair the door to working order. Also showed a repair/replacement estimate. After repair he ensured that the repair was correct, and made necessary adjustments to get the door opening/closing correctly.

We used Precision Door aproximately 4 years ago, purchasing our garage door and opener ... they were wonderful! So we called them again, this time for problems with the door not opening and sometimes not closing and needing our remotes reset. Dustin Mclean came out this morning and checked, adjusted and oiled everything. He also recommended a surge protector for the opener (great idea). I highly recommend Dustin Mclean and Precision Door. Professional, Prompt, Courteous and Knowledgeable.

I had 3 new garage door openers installed yesterday including having two doors rebuilt (springs, bearings, cables, rollers, etc.) and upgraded a third (spring, bearings and rollers). I had trouble locating someone to service our overhead door. Very frustrated with the companies I called. My experience from beginning to end with Precision Overhead Doors was in complete contrast. They answered my call immediately, and scheduled a technician for the very next day. A highly qualified and courteous tech arrived on the exact time promised, listened to my concerns, and offered alternative solutions in a way that I could understand. He went about the work we agreed on and charged a fair price. A very professional company.

Our garage door broke in the middle of the night so I called Precision at 7am the next morning. I was scheduled right away for the same day service and Seth showed up at 11am to assess the problem. I even received a text with a picture of the technician and a little bio so that I knew who to expect. Due to poor installation by the initial builders in 2019, our garage door failed and needed to be completely replaced. The good news in all of this was that Seth was very professional, quick to help us get our garage door to close & helped provide a reco for the replacement. The installation of the new door won't be until Dec 2021 but I'm leaving this review based off our initial service call and small repair until the main, new garage door comes in. I chose this company based on the Google reviews I saw and I believe they've earned all the best ratings due to this level of professional/courteous service. I'd reco them to anyone!

Justin was our service technician, and he came on a Sunday, the same day we had made the call. Our garage door opener was completely in repairable and we had it replace within two hours of Justin's arrival.

Jaden came out to repair my garage door, which had jammed due to a bad cable. He was very knowledgeable, polite, explained what had caused the problem to begin with and offer a couple of solutions for me to select from for the repair. He was fast and did a great job. Precision Door installed a new garage door for me last August. I was having trouble with the opener. Called for an appointment. Was relieved to have prompt, same day service. Jaden was terrific. He explained about the sensor that had been slightly moved. He helped set up the myQ ap that I was intimidated to do on my own. So relieved.
