Precision came to my house to repair a broken spring. The technician arrived on a timely basis, identified the problem and explained additional services that he could provide. He did so without any sales pressure. He did a great job of explaining what he was going to do; and afterwards walked me through the project. I would highly recommend them.

Great communication - called prior to coming, was able to come sooner than expected, problem diagnosed in less than 10 minutes, and even lubed the doors....incredible customer service. Will definitely use them again!

Will was Great!!! He was very nice, took the time to explain options for us and find the best option that would fit our needs. We completely trust his opinion and he did a great job. Bless his heart, he was stuck in that sweltering heat when the door was closed, but he worked in a timely manner and got it done. He took the time to become friends with my dogs so there eouldnt be a issue with them. Will will come highly recommended

Precision Door was able to come out the same day I called, even on a weekend. John from Precision Door was very courteous, professional and did the job right (including clean-up!). I would call them again for any of my garage door needs and recommend John for the job!
