Tech's knew what to do. Work quality was good. Door looks great and motor works like it should. Definitely a more expensive company to go with than other options, especially for budget shopping. $1800 for a door and motor even for a basic garage door combo.

Very satisfied!! A spring broke on one of our garage doors so I contacted Precision Door for repair. Kevin came out that same day (a Friday) and he was great! He examined everything and presented me with different repair options. He was very professional and took the time to explain all options in detail and the benefits of each one...everything from just replacing the spring to installing new openers. My wife and I have been wanting "quieter" openers for some time now, so we chose to have a complete rebuild done w/new belt drive openers - they're awesome! (Note - Kevin did not try to "push or sell" us this option.) Like I said at the beginning of this review - Very Satified! I would definitely recommend Precision Door.

An accident in my garage knocked my door off track and damaged some parts.I called Precision bc it had good reviews online. Kevin called me back and came the same afternoon. Your website is very informative and I was in need of a new opener. I was able to select the best opener for my garage based on the information on your website. I called your office and an installer was at my house a few hours later. The installer was very knowledgeable and confirmed my opener selection and advised that I repair the springs and door rollers/cables, etc. The installer completed the entire installation within a few hours and everything worked as expected. The new opener (belt-drive) is very quiet and the garage door opens/closes perfectly. I will certainly recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends.
