When we called, the office personal were courteous and helpful in scheduling a technician to come to repair our broken garage door. The two technicians that came were very respectful and knowledgeable about the job. In no time we had a rebuilt door including a new and very quiet door opener. A few days ago we noticed light coming into the garage when the door was closed. Again we called and received the same professional service. In a matter of a few hours a technician arrived and with a few adjustments had the door closing properly. Better yet we were not charged for the service. We support veteran owned businesses. This is a wonderful example of their service and we highly recommend them.

Precision door was used by my home warranty about two years ago and the two young men that came that day impressed me. Steve Colley has impressed me even more. His overall attitude of what can I do to help you was way above what I’ve seen in other service providers. He even did something I consider extra, at no charge, when my key pad didn’t work. After my garage door made a loud bang I saw that one of the wheels had come completely off track. It was 4:00 pm so I called and feared I would be told they wouldn’t be able to help me today, but instead Steve Colley, a technician was at the house by 4:30. Steve was great, explained what needed to be done and provided me with the approximate cost. This company is truly the best, putting customer first.

Couldn’t do ZERO stars so I’ll settle one 1. We were assigned to this company through our Home Depot order for a garage door install. They called to set up an appt right away. I was so pleased to get an install so quickly, the tech called before arrival and my husband (who had taken off work to be available to the company) waited outside for the tech to arrive. He saw the driver in his truck but, to his knowledge, the tech never got out of his truck and eventually drove away. Later I received an email for the “site survey” with the measurements of our garage (which I already added to the initial order). I assumed someone would call with an update for when the install would take place but two weeks went by. I called today and, after talking to 2 people, I was told that someone would call me back. Finally a callback later and was told “it will be much more expensive because lead was detected”. She didn’t say how much more and was very unprofessional with how she told us the news. She honestly sounded like they didn’t want our business and we were a bother to follow up on this order that was already paid for. We will be looking elsewhere and posting this review elsewhere as well.

We had both garage doors replaced. Wes and Andrew did a great job, were done in a timely manner, and walked us through everything upon completion. We are very satisfied!

I highly recommend Precision; they installed a new door for us two years ago and after my daughter damaged the lower panel, I called to have them replace it. The panel showed up on time but let's just say the replacement did not go as planned, they eagerly made everything right, above and beyond what was required. When everything goes smooth it's easy to have satisfied customers, but it's when things go wrong you see what a company is really about.

We needed a spring replaced and chose the first name we came across. We were told to not use Precision, for various reasons, but preferred to make our own decision based on actual service. I was immediately concerned when the first concern mentioned was supposed dry rot on the door. I asked to see it and it was simply a scrape on the door. He continued to point out "issues" that should be addressed. It was obvious the bill would be padded by unnecessary work. The quoted price was only if the tube was not dented too much. It would then be an additonal cost bringing the total to well over $500. I lost trust in him the moment he tried to say there was dry rot and figured he was setting it up to say the tube needed to be replaced when he was finished. There are many complaints about Precision Door. I had them validated today. I recommend you rethink the ethics training and teach your workers how to be fair in the actual job and stop trying to pad the bill. It is my assumption the "higher ups" tell them to do this. I called someone that was actually referred to me and he was here with in the hour of your employee leaving. He replaced both springs and the rollers, checked the "concerns" pointed out to me which was several things, and saw no issues that needed to be addressed out side of tightening a couple of nuts and bolts....at no extra charge. The total cost...$343.90. I will not recommend your service to anyone. By your shady business practices and high cost, you are putting yourself out of business. Good luck with that. On a brighter note, the young man was polite, even when I called him out on his business practices. Retrain him he just might be a good employee. Sincerely, Debi.

Not cheap. But after two failed attempts with another company at fixing our issue, it appears they have resolved the problem and with a lifetime warranty! They were here maybe an hour or more, and had us up and running smoother than ever before.

My first use of Precision Garage Door Repair NWA & River Valley has been a pleasant experience. My garage door counterbalance spring broke on a Saturday, I researched repair companies and decided on Precision Garage Door Repair NWA & River Valley. My decision was based on information presented over the internet on various company websites. I was immediately impressed with Precision’s site and contacted them the following Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. and made an appointment with their service person same day between 10-12 noon. I received a call from Justin Peterson at 10:00 a.m. notifying me he was on his way and was about 10 minutes away. Justin arrived at about 10:15 a.m. Justin inspected the damage and estimated the cost to replace the counterbalance spring to get the current door operational. The current door was 20 years old and basically worn out so I had Justin quote me a new replacement door. I decided to order the new door. Precision did not have stock for the door size, color and style I had chosen so Justin placed an order with estimated arrival in 2-4 weeks. Justin helped me raise the broken door so I could remove my vehicles from the garage for access. Justin was very professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. My new door arrived in 5 weeks-3 days and scheduled installation 5 days later at 1:00 p.m. On installation day I received a call from Chris Wickham of Precision Garage Door at 12:30 p.m. He left a voicemail: said he was in route and would arrive in 20 minutes. Chris and another Technician, Chris (last name unknown) arrived on time and started installing at 1:00 p.m. Chris Wickham estimated he would be done in an hour and by 2:00 p.m. both Chris’s were finished including area cleanup. Chris Wickham took the time to instruct me on door maintenance and answering any questions I had. As with Justin Peterson before them, both Chris’s were very professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. I have only had the new door for a few days but I am impressed with the quality of the product, its smoothness of operation including how quiet the door rolls. I did not replace my chain-driven operator drive but the new door and the quality of the installation reduced the operating noise considerably, an unexpected plus. Finally, working with the Precision personnel from beginning to end was a pleasure and I would be remiss not to also mention the office personnel I communicated with throughout the experience: Office Manager Heather Anderson and her team and product discussion with Lee Kincaid.
