I give Travis 5 stars, or higher if possible. He was very professional, courteous, thorough and friendly. The reason I gave 4 stars is the cost of your products and service. I called 2 other companies and got estimates before Travis came out. The price that you charge for your springs in more than double the competitors. That means that I paid $ 300 more on this repair than I anticipated after getting quotes. Other than that I believe that you run a first class organization, Travis is an asset to your company, and you train your employees well.

Amazing! He was super understanding with me when I was trying to decide what to do. He explained all my options-I asked for about 8 different options. He wasn’t pushy and was honest about what I needed to do vs what I could do. He explained everything so simply and made me feel sure that I will be getting the best and that it would be so much safer than I have now. He spent almost two hours here patiently helping me determine what I needed to do. Thank You!!!! Travis is the best!

Our tech, Kevin Richter, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and thoroughly explained the estimate for repairs. In addition, he gave our main garage door an inspection (which works fine) and lubricated it so it is now quieter. Great job, Kevin!

I give Precision a 5+ the tech was very professional and explained everything plus took pictures and showed the differences. He was very complete in checking everything. He went way above and beyond just repairing the remote controls. He checked everything on the garage door. He found wires that were in need of replacement and he took care of that as well as realigned the door to help it open up easier and to protect it. He lubricated everything and made sure before he left that the garage door and the openers were working as best they could. He explained the need for possible future repairs and was very helpful in explaining everything to me. We chose to go with the least expensive repair at this time and he had no problem and was very pleased to do as we asked. He was fantastic! I will never use anyone else but Precision as long as they have employees who are honest and complete in their work. I watched him checking on everything. He was the best! Thank you for helping me to get my garage door openers working again and for the extra care taken to make sure I was safe. Mary
