Our garage door quit working in the morning, and after researching different companies, this one was my choice due to reviews, BBB ratings, clear information on the website(and other platforms such Facebook, etc) and pictures to view past work. They were able to schedule the repair and estimate for replacement door we were wanting within two hours of my call, which was a relief right before a holiday. John, the technician, called to let me know when he would arrive, which was right on schedule. He and Jacob assessed the situation, quickly made recommendations, showed several options, fixed the door problem as much as possible with our current door, and ordered the new replacement door. With all the available options I was able to choose the style, color, quality, insulation, and other options I preferred. Friendly, professional, and prompt service. Looking forward to the new door being installed.

John installed our new belt drive opener on one of the HOTTEST days to date without even taking a break. The temp in my garage was a sweltering 97 degrees. He first inspected my original door installation, checked everything over, then gave me 3 estimates for me to chose from. He is the most professional and knows his product very well. We are very pleased with the installation, and know that John sleeps well knowing that we are happy with his great work and quality job.

About 10 minutes before my appointment I received a text with information about Jacob's arrival and a picture of him as well. He then called a couple minutes later he personally called to give me his ETA. Upon arrival, he was very thorough with explanations of what he was going to do. He was very efficient in his work. Needed to replace a 22 year-old Liftmaster Pro garage door opener due to faulty sensors and circuit board. Googled for local service firms & found several. However, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service's website offered the most informative info & service options (w/videos); participation with the local BBB office, and discounts for Seniors; Teachers and Military members & others. The site also listed the personal bio's of the owner and technicians with their training & years of service backgrounds, and any criminal activities. I had not seen this type of information offering before for service firms. Jacob Austin - our technician - was very knowledgeable about their products, plus personable in explaining the options and costs. We would award the 5-Star rating to Precision and Jacob for their work on January 4, 2018. RCS/BV
