I called Precision Garage Door of Northwest Arkansas, and they sent out technician Tyler. When Tyler showed up he was very courteous and kind. I showed him the garage door. Tyler made a quick assessment and promptly gave me three different estimates which I appreciated. We decided that the best option for us was to get a new garage door. I am very pleased with the service we have received thus far.

Travis and Tyler were very efficient, friendly and polite. They did an awesome job explaining the issues and gave a detailed and accurate estimate of the work to be done. They had what was needed on their truck and completed the work in record time. The company and the technicians communicated well with information, reminders and calls to be sure we were up to date on info and they were spot on in estimating their arrival.

An accident in my garage knocked my door off track and damaged some parts.I called Precision bc it had good reviews online. Kevin called me back and came the same afternoon. He worked until the job was finished at 9 PM. He also did a good job of explaining what parts were needed and why. It works smoothly and quietly now.

Your website is very informative and I was in need of a new opener. I was able to select the best opener for my garage based on the information on your website. I called your office and an installer was at my house a few hours later. The installer was very knowledgeable and confirmed my opener selection and advised that I repair the springs and door rollers/cables, etc. The installer completed the entire installation within a few hours and everything worked as expected. The new opener (belt-drive) is very quiet and the garage door opens/closes perfectly. I will certainly recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends.

Our garage door was hit and bent by our car. We called Precision and they sent Dayton to repair it the same day. Dayton offered us 3 options and the cost of each ahead of time, 2 to repair and 1 to replace. He did an excellent job, replaced the 16 foot brace and had the garage door working in about an hour. I definitely recommend Precision Garage Door in Rogers and the technician, Dayton T.

John was out installer and he was great. New door is almost too quiet. I have to look to see in it is working. Can barely hear it going up while you are in the garage.
