Needed to replace a 22 year-old Liftmaster Pro garage door opener due to faulty sensors and circuit board. Googled for local service firms & found several. However, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service's website offered the most informative info & service options (w/videos); participation with the local BBB office, and discounts for Seniors; Teachers and Military members & others. The site also listed the personal bio's of the owner and technicians with their training & years of service backgrounds, and any criminal activities. I had not seen this type of information offering before for service firms. Jacob Austin - our technician - was very knowledgeable about their products, plus personable in explaining the options and costs. We would award the 5-Star rating to Precision and Jacob for their work on January 4, 2018. RCS/BV
