I couldn't have had a more positive experience. My service technician Steve was absolutely amazing! I had some car troubles the day of my appointment and was unable to be home to make the appointment. Steve was wonderful at communicating via calls and texts to get the job done while I was dealing with my car. He even went out of his way to meet me for payment and got me two discounts on my garage door repair! If 6/5 stars were a rating he would have earned it with ease.

Well to be honest i was in a rush n i thought i was calling Overhead! But im so glad it worked out this way. Please let the right person know that the technician that came out was the best !!!!!! Steve Colley was so helpful to explain the way the system works n what actually happened . He truly is a great rep for your company ! We were 24 hrs away from having a wedding n backyard n everything was n garage n steve was so kind to help carry the wedding arch n couple large items that couldnt fit thru house before he permantly closed garage door . Today Kevin came out and helped align our doors up and provide extra support to them. He educated me well on the doors and things I needed to take care of them properly. Learned of company at a home show and was impressed with quality control and employee training. Followed up with a check on company online. When I called for routine maintenance service, appointment available within 24 hours and good flexibility in time options. Technician Dayton was courteous, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. Some repairs were recommended but I was given 3 options and there was no hard sell- just clear explanations of parts of system and why work might be needed. Work finished promptly. I was shownhow to perform routine maintenance myself. Very impressed with Precision! Highly recommend!

Ur rep came out within one hour of my call. He wound up replacing my whole garage door opener. It was expensive; however, he did a good, quick job and the door is working fine now.
