I called Precision after seeing a TV ad.. Justin Peterson arrived early for the appointment after calling first. My old garage door was almost 20 years old and there were many issues which he patiently explained to me in detail. He explained my options and ordered my new door and opener. Wes Smith was the technician who installed my new door. He was also excellent. He arrived on time and besides installing the new door and opener, he helped me understand the new features and even swept out the garage. Every step of this transaction was professionally done. I love my new door and opener and am so happy to have the insulated door.

I needed to find out why my door was making so much noise, I saw the TV add and called to set up an appointment. Aaron was able to come the same afternoon and gave me his suggestions and quotes. I decided to go with replacing my 20 year old garage door with a new one. It will be installed in 3 to 4 weeks.

First let me say that Aaron Hart, your service technician, was first class in every way. He was punctual, polite, informative and very professional and I would rate him 5 stars. In fact, I was very impressed with everyone I talked to with your company, and from that standpoint I have no criticisms at all. Your people were courteous, and you did a great job of keeping me informed. I do however have a problem with the fact that despite the fact that Aaron diagnosed a loose chain he was unable to make any adjustments to it due you your current company guidelines. While I don't question your right to decide what services your provide, I do find it disappointing that a service as basic as tightening a chain would not be available from your company, especially for the amount of the service charge and diagnoses charges made. I do believe that your unwillingness to provide such a basic service should have been disclosed prior to your visit.

Our garage was off line and door and opener is pretty old. Call around 930am and they were able to get Tyler Rhine within an hour. Tyler was knowledgeable and friendly. I could tell he really loved and enjoyed his job. I would recommend Precision to anyone with garage issues.

I chose precision because my neighbor recommended them. A tech, Steve, came out to my house and was absolutely fantastic. He did his job and gave me an estimate, but it was how he did it that mattered. He explained all the finer details about their warranty as well their products versus the factory products. He gave me the details and pricing and let me decide. There wasn’t any bullying or pushing to upsale me on their stuff. Steve was awesome and ended up being the reason that I chose to use precision.

Travis did a great job and he's a very nice guy. The only reason I wouldn't use you again is due to the price, I feel the price was a little high for two springs. I would rate Travis a 5 but over-all due to the price a 2.
