Will hails from a small town in North Texas but has lived in Oklahoma for many years where he attended Sapulpa High School. While in high school, he was Captain of the Wrestling team but his best achievement was meeting his loving girlfriend of 10 years, Jacee. Will is working diligently to attain his degree in Business Management and looks forward to the days of no homework! He has two rambunctious Catahoula Leopard dogs named Lady and Luck with whom he loves to play fetch and take on walks. Will’s hobbies include smoking meat, watching football, playing golf and woodworking. He is very excited to learn and grow as a Garage Door Technician with Precision and wants to serve every customer with the utmost respect and the highest level of professionalism and quality work.

Mr. Jewell, As the Owner and a Sanctioned trainer for the industry here at Precision Door Service of NWA, I would like to sincerely apologize for how you interpreted your experience. Our policy states that there is a service fee for a technician to come out to your property and diagnose the issue with your door when it comes to repairs. This was quoted upfront in your phone call with us when you scheduled your appointment. After arriving at your property and upon doing his inspection, our technician diagnosed your 10 ft high (Commercial Door) as being off the tracks due to lack of maintenance, and a few (noted) worn parts. You were then presented with not one, but three different options based on your current and future plans for the door. Our options were designed to fix not just the door being off track, but also the root cause for why it happened and a warranty provided. When presented with the solution and fees associated with, you then denied the service, which is completely up to you. Please understand, we always have our customer's best interest at heart in all we do, and although you chose not to use us this time, we would hope that we might still have the opportunity to earn your business in the future. Will was Great!!! He was very nice, took the time to explain options for us and find the best option that would fit our needs. We completely trust his opinion and he did a great job. Bless his heart, he was stuck in that sweltering heat when the door was closed, but he worked in a timely manner and got it done. He took the time to become friends with my dogs so there eouldnt be a issue with them. Will will come highly recommended

The service call was 50 dollars to fix a something that took 2 minutes to fix which I didn't have a problem with but he wanted 150 dollars more to fix after getting here I realized this was nothing but a scam gave him his 50 dollars and sent him on his way. I had to make a special trip back to fix it myself and it literally took 2 minutes I don't appreciate being scammed!
