Meet our newest team member, Tyler Rhine. He is the proud father of 2 boys, Stryker, and Creedance. When not working on Garage Doors, he enjoys working on cars, and is also a certified auto mechanic. He Also enjoys playing music and has been doing so for a majority of his life. He is the oldest of 9 children, and his family has been in the NWA area for almost 100 years. At work, he is extremely detail oriented, and always committed to doing the job right the first time. The eternal optimist – He’s a firm believer that his attitude determines his success and so he eagerly looks forward to meeting and helping you with any and all of your Garage Door needs.

Our garage door operators were fried when lightening struck our home. At 9:30pm a guy answered the phone, took our information, sent a text, email and a technician introduction w/photo. The technician was very professional and knows the product he is installing. He kept us informed of our options on new garage door operators along with the warranty before the work began. Kept us informed of the schedule and pointed our several features on our new door operators. The area was left clean and the technician made sure we had all our questions answered before he left. This group is customer focused and quality oriented. I would call them again, and would recommend there services for any of your garage door needs.

Our garage was off line and door and opener is pretty old. Call around 930am and they were able to get Tyler Rhine within an hour. Tyler was knowledgeable and friendly. I could tell he really loved and enjoyed his job. I would recommend Precision to anyone with garage issues.

I called Precision Garage Door of Northwest Arkansas, and they sent out technician Tyler. When Tyler showed up he was very courteous and kind. I showed him the garage door. Tyler made a quick assessment and promptly gave me three different estimates which I appreciated. We decided that the best option for us was to get a new garage door. I am very pleased with the service we have received thus far.

Tech's knew what to do. Work quality was good. Door looks great and motor works like it should. Definitely a more expensive company to go with than other options, especially for budget shopping. $1800 for a door and motor even for a basic garage door combo.
