Jake Bundy's Bio:
Jake has been a local to the NWA area his entire life. He played football for the Rogers Mounties in high school where he met his sweetheart of 11 years, Calla. They have a wonderful 10 year old son, Jaxon who loves to spend weekends going on hikes, playing with their 3 dogs (Skittles, Seymour, and Penny Freckles), and having cookouts on Sunday with the whole family. Jake can play several different instruments and enjoys teaching his son to play as well. He comes from a construction background thrilled and eager to make the transition into being the very best garage door technician he can be. He loves helping people and is extremely proud to provide a quality of professional service you won't forget!

I called Precision based on finding them on the internet, and seeing that they are veteran owned. I have never experienced the customer service in all my years of home ownership as I did with our garage door repair. From booking the appointment by phone, to the text about our assigned employee, to the phone call from the employee, and then the complete experience from the 25 point inspection, diagnosis of the problem, options on repair/rebuild packages, and then the actual work done. Every step was above and beyond my expectations. We are thrilled with the results as well. We could not have asked for a better experience. We will always recommend this company.

Great customer service - on a Sunday! Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. He was there on time and communicated throughout the day to let me know when to expect him. He clearly explained options and pros/con for fixing my garage door issue, and was very quick to make the repairs. Would do business with Precision again.
