Jaden is a young man with a passion for putting 101% into every day. He is a sponge for knowledge and experience. If an opportunity is there to learn something new , he will take it in a heartbeat. Jaden brings with him a background in automotive repair, construction, management and retail sales. His favorite part of the job is meeting all types of customers and making their lives a little easier. An Arkansas native who lived in Florida for awhile , he has now come back to his roots to enjoy the Ozarks. When he is not working , you will find him working on his vehicles or spending time with his wife. He loves to travel, be outdoors, drive fast cars, spending time with his family and learning something new.

Jaden came out to repair my garage door, which had jammed due to a bad cable. He was very knowledgeable, polite, explained what had caused the problem to begin with and offer a couple of solutions for me to select from for the repair. He was fast and did a great job. I appreciated the fact that a tech could come out same day and fix my broken springs, but when I called and said I’ve had someone look at it and I just need springs replaced I don’t want to be up-saled to buy a $1,000 door. The tech was insistent we needed a new door then said if we wouldn’t buy the new door we would need to sign off on some “liability” because apparently the door could “fall down” at any moment. Nothing makes me less trusting of a tech when I already know the issues and you try to tell me I need to buy something that isn’t needed. I felt like their price was rather high anyways but once the tech come out I just needed it done. I won’t be calling Precision Door Service again.

One recent Saturday morning we were going out for breakfast and the garage door would not open properly. This left us with no car and no way to go where we needed to. I googled Precision Garage Doors and they had a very high rating. A service man (Jaden Mayor) was sent to our house within two hours and he looked things over and gave us recommendations and quotes. I figured we'd be put on a list to do the job in one or two weeks. However, Jason had everything on his truck and the job was done in a little over an hour. Since then the garage door has been working just fine and we are very happy with Jason's and Precision's work. I would recommend this company.

Precision Door installed a new garage door for me last August. I was having trouble with the opener. Called for an appointment. Was relieved to have prompt, same day service. Jaden was terrific. He explained about the sensor that had been slightly moved. He helped set up the myQ ap that I was intimidated to do on my own. So relieved. *Jaden Mayor-fixed everything* *Trenton Dunn-came out first to give the estimate * I couldn't be happier in general with everything overall. I called to get an estimate and they accommodated the very next day by sending a technician out at a time best suited for me. The technician came out, told me exactly what I needed and didn't try to sell me anything extra. He showed me on his little computer everything that was needed and the cost plus options I had like an upgraded motor if I wanted to go that route. I had to reschedule to get everything fixed after consulting with my insurance company and when I did, again they accommodated and came the very next day after I called. Jaden Mayor, the newest member for this company came out and was actually about 30 minutes early. He called beforehand just to be sure I was home and was ok he was going to arrive early. Once here he did an initial inspection and just as the previous tech, quoted me thee exact same things as the previous tech. He was 100% straight forward with what I needed and showed me the complete breakdown of parts, labor and total. I told him I had a set amount authorized by my insurance company and that I was trying to stay as close to that amount as possible so I wasn't out of pocket and he managed to execute that, with me only spending a minimal out of my pocket. It took I'm going to say roughly an hour (just a guess) to remove and install a new motor, springs and rail. He cleaned his mess after installation and was very patient while I had to contact my bank over my debit card issue. Usually I would never give a full star rating on anything, just because nothing is ever perfect but in this case, I literally can not think of one single bad thing...AT ALL. From calling to get an estimate, their urgency to my needs, their performance and overall ability to do it fast and efficient the whole time while keeping me informed. I absolutely recommend them and no I don't work for them, affiliate with them or am by any means paid for this review or company. These guys are legit and I'll recommend them all day to anybody with any type of garage repair needs. Thank you Jaden, Trenton and Precision Door Service of NWA.

Our garage door torsion spring broke on a Saturday and via live chat feature on the website we scheduled for a Sunday replacement. We chose Precision due to wonderful reviews on both Google and their own website, info on website being consistent with multiple other companies, lifetime warranty mentioned on website and no extra charges for weekend appointments. Our tech arrived a tad early after a phone call making sure that was ok, texted his picture and info and wear very polite. He seemed very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and did not try to sell us things we did not need. We did go with his suggestion of a 2 spring system as all we saw online suggested 2 springs for a double car garage door and had expected this. He inspected other parts of the system (rollers etc) and found them to all be in good shape and not needing repair or replacement. Prior to completing the job he showed us how easily the door raised and lowered by hand (when the opener was not connected of course). Once the opener was turned on there was a popping noise that was not there prior to the repair. The tech explained he had tried to correct a slight side issue and that he would fix it. After he corrected the issue the noise was gone and the door raised and lowered properly. Upon completion I asked about the 2 springs being the proper strength for the door as making sure you're springs weren't to much or to little for your door size was mentioned on several websites I had seen. He assured us that the new springs were indeed the proper strength for the door. He told us that the warranty was 5 years which I questioned due to the website. He explained that the springs were rated at a certain number of cycles and upon review of the website I saw that it states lifetime warranty available on a particular spring so that was not an issue as I misread that. I was emailed an estimate and receipt after the tech left and noticed only one issue, there was a place to sign which neither of us was offered to do. There was a scribble in the spot. I doubt this will be an issue, just something noticed. So my day of repair (06/06/2021) review is 5 stars. As with any review of any product or service, if any issues arise that change my mind I'll make an update on my review.

Couldn’t do ZERO stars so I’ll settle one 1. We were assigned to this company through our Home Depot order for a garage door install. They called to set up an appt right away. I was so pleased to get an install so quickly, the tech called before arrival and my husband (who had taken off work to be available to the company) waited outside for the tech to arrive. He saw the driver in his truck but, to his knowledge, the tech never got out of his truck and eventually drove away. Later I received an email for the “site survey” with the measurements of our garage (which I already added to the initial order). I assumed someone would call with an update for when the install would take place but two weeks went by. I called today and, after talking to 2 people, I was told that someone would call me back. Finally a callback later and was told “it will be much more expensive because lead was detected”. She didn’t say how much more and was very unprofessional with how she told us the news. She honestly sounded like they didn’t want our business and we were a bother to follow up on this order that was already paid for. We will be looking elsewhere and posting this review elsewhere as well.
