Kevin Richter's Bio:
Kevin recently joined Precision when he moved to the NWA area from Madison, Wisconsin with his wife, 4 adopted children, and parents. This area was agreed on as the best area for everyone to escape the cold northern winters but still get all 4-seasons. Along with his love for working with his hands, he brings over 16 years of successful Customer Service and Management experience from a luxury auto dealership along with him to the Precision team. When he is not busy at work delivering a 5-star customer experience, he enjoys spending time with his family in the local parks, riding his mountain bike exploring the local trails, and making home brewed craft beers. He is also working on his conversational Spanish to be able to further assist our client’s needs. Kevin loves meeting new people and prides himself on his strong Customer Focused work ethic and being able to handle even the most difficult situations with a smile.

Today Kevin came out and helped align our doors up and provide extra support to them. He educated me well on the doors and things I needed to take care of them properly. Very satisfied!! A spring broke on one of our garage doors so I contacted Precision Door for repair. Kevin came out that same day (a Friday) and he was great! He examined everything and presented me with different repair options. He was very professional and took the time to explain all options in detail and the benefits of each one...everything from just replacing the spring to installing new openers. My wife and I have been wanting "quieter" openers for some time now, so we chose to have a complete rebuild done w/new belt drive openers - they're awesome! (Note - Kevin did not try to "push or sell" us this option.) Like I said at the beginning of this review - Very Satified! I would definitely recommend Precision Door.

I give Precision a 5+ the tech was very professional and explained everything plus took pictures and showed the differences. He was very complete in checking everything. He went way above and beyond just repairing the remote controls. He checked everything on the garage door. He found wires that were in need of replacement and he took care of that as well as realigned the door to help it open up easier and to protect it. He lubricated everything and made sure before he left that the garage door and the openers were working as best they could. He explained the need for possible future repairs and was very helpful in explaining everything to me. We chose to go with the least expensive repair at this time and he had no problem and was very pleased to do as we asked. He was fantastic! I will never use anyone else but Precision as long as they have employees who are honest and complete in their work. I watched him checking on everything. He was the best! An accident in my garage knocked my door off track and damaged some parts.I called Precision bc it had good reviews online. Kevin called me back and came the same afternoon. He worked until the job was finished at 9 PM. He also did a good job of explaining what parts were needed and why. It works smoothly and quietly now.

Precision came to my house to repair a broken spring. The technician arrived on a timely basis, identified the problem and explained additional services that he could provide. He did so without any sales pressure. He did a great job of explaining what he was going to do; and afterwards walked me through the project. I would highly recommend them.

Our tech, Kevin Richter, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and thoroughly explained the estimate for repairs. In addition, he gave our main garage door an inspection (which works fine) and lubricated it so it is now quieter. Great job, Kevin!
