John Gallerano is a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army and a Certified Technician through the "IDEA" (Institute of Door Education and Accreditation). He brings to Precision over 7 years of experience and knowledge in the garage door industry. He is married to a loving wife and they have 2 amazing dogs, (black lab and Husky/lab mix) which are like their children......... (4 legged of course). John was born and raised in Houston TX, but lived in Colorado Springs, after his military days and that's where he met his lovely wife of over 7 years. After finding his niche in the Overhead Door Industry in both Colorado and Texas, John and his wife made the great decision to relocate to the Northwest Arkansas area to enjoy a more laid back, slower pace of life. Outside of work he loves to spend time outdoors with his family and has come to enjoy all that the Northwest Arkansas area has to offer. He also enjoys sports, grilling and smoking barbeque. He loves meeting new people and prides himself on providing first class service to his new neighbors, who also call Northwest Arkansas HOME!

I needed an update on my garage door because I thought that I would not be able to get my car out to drive!!!The service by your employers was great and they gave me three (3) options to improve/repair the garage door! They were nice and reliable in their repair! I would have them back if necessary my door was damaged again!!! SCALE 5 for their WORK!!!!!

Had a great experience with precision door! The technician, John, arrived a couple of hours after placing the service call and was very helpful and courteous. He replaced a couple of parts on the door and now it works better than ever! Definitely plan on using him again to replace my aging torsion springs.
